This 5G awareness poster by Electrosensitivity UK
has been banned by the Ads Council. It is the second poster on the health impact of wireless banned by the Ads Council despite the hundreds of scientific papers provided to the Ads Council.

In response to the ruling, Electrosensitivity wrote: “The ASA requires mainstream majority science, which the poster provided. The ASA’s ruling then discounted this majority mainstream viewpoint by adopting a minority view based on unsubstantiated and non-peer-reviewed claims of the small cartel supporting the wireless industry.”

BREAKING NEWS: MAJOR VICTORY! Enact the “Cell Phone Right-to-Know” Law in Your Community!

Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court let stand the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision to uphold the City of Berkeley, California’s “Cell Phone Right-to-Know” law. This law requires mobile phone retailers to warn consumers at the point of sale that carrying mobile phones in pockets and bras could present radiation health risks.
So today, we’re asking you to send the sample municipal law (below) to your town, city or county elected officials. Let’s take advantage of this great 9th Circuit victory over the cell phone industry by enacting this same “Right-to-Know” law in thousands of communities across America. (Note: You must use the identical language contained in the City of Berkeley’s law printed below to fall within the 9th Circuit ruling.)
Kudos to Dr. Joel Moskowitz and Ellie Marks for spearheading this effort for a total of 10 years, and to Professor Lawrence Lessig who helped shape the legal arguments that beat the industry!

We warn against 3 mobile phones of the brands BlackBerry, Doro and Selecline. We ask the French public authorities to withdraw the RTTE versions from the market as soon as possible.
Indeed, these manufacturers have deliberately continued to sell their products on the French market in complete legality, knowing that they are potentially putting their customers’ health at risk. Subject: France adopts precautionary measures to limit cell-phone radiation exposure
Precautions to be taken by the holders of electronic implants (cardiac pacemakers, insulin pumps, neurostimulators …) concerning in particular the distance between the radio equipment and the implant (15 centimeters in the case of the strongest sources of exposure like the mobile phones).
B. – Information on the behaviors to be adopted to reduce exposure to radiation emitted by radio equipment
. Use the radio equipment in good reception conditions to reduce the amount of radiation received.
. Use a hands-free kit or loudspeaker, if suitable for radio equipment.
. Make reasonable use of radio equipment such as mobile phones, by children and teenagers, for example by avoiding nocturnal calls and by limiting the frequency and duration of calls.
. Keep radio equipment away from pregnant women’s belly.
. Keep radio equipment away from the lower abdomen of teenagers.
