  • Another fire in Saskatchewan.

  • I received this email from someone in Kamloops today.

We are a family who filed the claim of right to a T every document signed sealed and delivered yesterday we had our power cut off Hydro was assisted by the RCMP

Basically put out the word if you are not paying the extortion fees prepared to lose your power

I know many of you will wonder why the RCMP attended. This is a possible explanation, and one which I had circulated some time ago when people were asking why we were not supporting the Claim of Right approach:

The “claim of right” is a defense in a court of law for using force in the protection of your property.

If you haven’t used force to protect your property, you don’t need the “claim of right” defense.  You have done nothing that needs defending.

But if you put up “claim of right” signs, you are stating that you intend to use force in the protection of your property.  Stating that you intend to use force is a threat.

Threats are not viewed kindly by law enforcement personnel.

In short:  After the fact it is a defense. Before the fact it is a threat.

  • Below is my most recent (#5) letter to Bill Bennett about the discriminatory fees that are being charged. He refuses to respond because he can’t justify the fact that we are subsidizing many thousands with $meters that are being read manually. I urge each of you to write to your MLA and copy Adrian Dix about this outrage that is resulting in power being cut for homes during the winter season. Coincidence that they waited until the weather turned cold? I think not. These bullies have found one more tactic to get smeters on our homes.

  • A true success story in Germany. They use solar panels in a climate that is not that different from ours, cloud and rain in the winter. Their technology most likely is different from that sold in North America, plus they supplement with other renewable sources.

  • The European Union is taking electro-hypersensitivity very seriously, as more people are beginning to suffer from the constant exposure to RF radiation from wireless devices. Note: many EU countries have guidelines allowing far lower levels of exposure than in Canada and US.

  • An important report from the US military from decades ago that makes for very interesting reading. I believe it is one of the 3000+ documents that Dr. Zory Glaser gave to Dr. Magda Havas after they were declassified by the US military. More are available to be read at magdahavas.com   This report can be downloaded at this link:

REPORT: USAF – RF/Microwave Radiation Biological Effects (1994) (September 6, 2014)

http://electroplague.com/2014/09/06/report-usaf-rfmicrowave-radiation-biological-effects-1994/

In 1994, the US Air Force published a 32-page report titled: “Radiofrequency/Microwave Radiation Biological Effects and Safety Standards: A Review,” authored by Scott M. Bolen.
The supervising agency was Rome Laboratory at Griffiss Air Force Base in New York.
Read and download the complete 32-page report here: USAF Report 1994 Biological-Effects.

To this day, many if not most governmental agencies and scientists in North America and abroad maintain the position that RF and microwave radiation are only damaging to the human body at power densities high enough to cause a heating effect (a so-called “thermal effect”), like a microwave oven.

The position, while completely unsupported by fact, is very convenient for the multi-billion-dollar telecommunications industry (cell phones, WiFi) as well as the military’s own use of these same technologies-technologies whose radiation is, for the most part nonthermal, in nature. In fact, the serious bio-toxic consequences of nonthermal RF and microwave radiation have been know for decades by our governments and the military.

This 1994 USAF report states on page 2, under the heading of Biological Effects: “Nonthermal responses can be less noticeable and are often more difficult to explain than thermal effects. These responses are related to the disturbances in the tissue not caused by heating.”

  • Keep cell phones out of pockets, away from bodies at all times, according to Apple:

A charge of discrimination against BC Hydro #5 and still no response

Dear Mr. Bennett,

I take it from your lack of response that you are unable to justify the fact that those of us who are being forced to pay the highest “legacy” fees in North America are subsidizing many  thousands of smart meters that are being read manually.

This discrimination is unjustifiable, illegal under the Utilities Commission Act,  and must end.

People who cannot afford these fees in addition to the rate increases that have resulted in significant increases to their bills are being and will be forced to allow their power to be disconnected. Many of these people have health problems which their doctors say will be exacerbated by having a microwave radiation-emitting device on their home. Others are fearful that this fire hazard could endanger them, their families, and their property.

They face these choices: endanger their already compromised health and safety by accepting a smart meter; reduce other basics such as food in order to pay these punitive, illegal fees; allow power to be disconnected, go off the grid, suffer hardships.

Some choice for a democratic province with a surplus of energy. You should be warned that more people are choosing the latter. A substantial portion of BC Hydro’s customer base is angry, disillusioned, and eager to kiss Hydro good-bye. Who will pay the debt and contribute to the provincial budget then?

This is shameful, and your failure to be willing to consider the consequences of Directive 4 is very disturbing. WE WILL NOT FORGET.

Subject: A charge of discrimination against BC Hydro

Dear Mr. Bennett,

I have written to you several times about the discrimination that is taking place with regard to fees and rates charged to BC Hydro customers, and have yet to receive any response. Below are some of them.

Are you aware, Sir, that, according to information provided to me through a Freedom of Information request to BC Hydro, as of January 1, 2014 66,587 smart meters were being read manually. As of September 1, 2014 45,457 smart meters still are being read manually – for no additional fee.

The many thousands of people who are paying legacy fees deserve an explanation for this discrimination, Mr. Bennett. We deserve to know the rationale behind your decision to allow this to occur and to continue.

Yours truly,

Sharon Noble

If you are in the market for a new TV or any appliance be very careful what you are buying. If that piece of electronics is labelled as a “smart” device DO NOT buy it. This article below is basically the same as I read about a Samsung TV. The things are built with a zigbee chip in them that connects to the internet and records everything and sends it off to the manufacturer or to your hydro company.

http://www.salon.com/2014/10/30/im_terrified_of_my_new_tv_why_im_scared_to_turn_this_thing_on_and_youd_be_too/

GE is using the zigbee chip in their appliances. So is Bosch.
http://blog.bosch-si.com/categories/connected-home/2013/06/zigbee-the-standard-for-smart-home-applications/

Check this site. If you request appliances – All – Company then search. A list of products will been shown that have zigbee chips installed
http://www.zigbee.org/Products/ByStandard/ZigBeeSmartEnergy.aspx
Apparently the Canadian government has not allowed zigbee chips to be used in Canada but don’t accept that as the truth. Do your research and make sure you are not buying a device that has the capability to track what you do and send that info to Hydro and to the manufacturer of that appliance.

I know that some of you are probably thinking I am crackers about all this new technology but be rest assured I am not as this is all happening right now and our rights and freedom under the Charter of Rights is being taken away from us.
