The fact that this is continuing, and advancing to this hearing, is considered extremely significant, even though the court has refused to allow independent and well-respected scientists such as Drs. Dimitris Panagopolous and Chris Portier from being expert witnesses. Here are some articles about the case that go back several years. If you search, you will find many more.

Ladies and Gentlemen of Council,
Thank you Mayor Unger and Councilors for extending the time for our delegation to speak, at Sept. 6th Council meeting, which was very much appreciated.
Since man-made radiation is a rather challenging subject for laypersons to understand, I’ve shared a simple information chart that will clarify how industry and government measures radiation levels. You will not believe it!
One would logically assume that medical doctors, biologists and biophysicists would have been present, back in the mid-nineties, when the Canadian government came up with the biologically obsolete Safety Code 6 which industries, like Rogers and TELUS, like to hide behind.
Inexcusably, not a single person with an understanding of cellular and biosciences was invited to sit at the table, instead, the room was filled with members of industry, engineers, and the military. Any reasonably thinking individual would understand that this is the epitome of hubris, and naked collusion by government and special interest groups.
When viewing the information sheet, you will quickly understand that there is something seriously wrong.
In my work as a certified EMF radiation consultant, I use high-end instrumentation, made in Germany, to measure radiation levels emitted by cell towers.
The only measurement of relevance for biology and medical research, are maximum/peak values, not average.
The tall blue lines represent the actual intensity of radiation spikes, which are emitted non-stop by cell towers or other wireless technology.
These maximum/peaks are the values used in thousands of peer-reviewed studies, clearly illustrating biological response and adverse health effects.
The telecom industry and industry-captured government agencies re-calculate these results by averaging these radiation results!
But hold on, that’s not all! In their blind quest to make the radiation levels look insignificant, they time average!!!
They calculate the time in between radiation spikes to further reduce their numbers, which results in the green line at the very bottom of the illustration. This is not science, but clever public deception for the sake of profit!
Would a traffic court judge declare you innocent of speeding when a police officer ticketed you for ripping down main street at 140 km per hour, and you tell him that you stopped at every traffic light in town and want the waiting time at the lights included?
You would find yourself with a massive fine, and might even have your driver’s licence suspended.
Why is Rogers’ lobbyist, Brian Gregg, not volunteering this important information to you? Are you not allowed to know?
