4) A previously classified report, written by a panel of experts in various fields, has been released regarding the Havana Syndrome. Looking at biomarkers and other biological effects, the panel concluded that non-ionizing, pulsed EMF was most likely the cause of the debilitating physical conditions. Doesn’t this call for the Precautionary Principle to be applied to this type of hazard?
