1) On Thursday, July 23, 10 am eastern, there will be a hearing that will be streamed. This probably will be boring but it might provide some insight into what will be happening here in Canada re. auctioning of spectrum space. Someone in the US group who sent this said: “Maybe we should all e-mail Thunes with a message that all this additional radio frequency waves (spectrum) is killing us slowly. Also, where is the spectrum auction money for health effects research?”
The State of U.S. Spectrum Policy
“U.S. Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., chairman of the Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, Innovation, and the Internet, will convene a hearing titled, “The State of U.S. Spectrum Policy,” at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020. The hearing will examine the Federal Communications Commission’s and National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s role in spectrum management and policymaking. Witnesses will have the opportunity to discuss how the increased demand and competition for licensed and unlicensed spectrum resources have impacted spectrum policies in the United States.”
2) On July 16, the judge in this lawsuit took the argument under consideration but now has decided that Apple must disclose all communications with the FCC not only about the iPhone’s certification but also about Chicago Tribune’s testing of cell phones. It is critical that we begin to pressure Health Canada about their lack of action regarding the cell phones that have been found to be breaching even the already dangerous Safety Code 6 limits.

Phonegate USA : Judge orders Apple to disclose documents exchanged with FCC
“The Judge ordered the company to produce within seven days all communications between Apple and the FCC regarding iPhone certifications, as well as all communications regarding the Chicago Tribune’s investigation of the levels of radiation of iPhones.”
3) A new study found correlation between lack of good sound REM sleep and higher rates of dying. More people are reporting sleeping less and sleeping less soundly. Other studies have shown that exposure to RF affects production of melatonin which is both the catalyst for good sleep and a natural antioxidant.
Another consideration is the blue light emitted by many of the devices people use all day and often into the late night, e.g. tablets, smartphones, computers. This blue light delays production of melatonin and, therefore, sleep is disturbed. Blue light should be reduced by either turning devices off at least an hour before bed or reduce the blue light with a filter like f.lux. https://justgetflux.com/
As REM sleep declines, life span suffers
“”Numerous studies have linked insufficient sleep with significant health consequences. Yet, many people ignore the signs of sleep problems or don’t allow enough time to get adequate sleep,” said lead researcher Eileen Leary. She is a senior manager of clinical research at Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif.
“In our busy, fast-paced lives, sleep can feel like a time-consuming nuisance. This study found in two independent cohorts that lower levels of REM sleep was associated with higher rates of mortality,” she said.”
4) Someone (I didn’t hear a name) took many RF readings from a shopping area (Uptown Mall) in Victoria and again up the street near some apartments. There are transmitters all over the place at this mall and many people have reported being in agony in this area. And it will only get worse when 5G is implemented.
