1) Just like Horgan, Mungall, and all the other politicians, the people in charge of the healthcare system in BC refuse to respond to intelligent, well-researched letters from concerned “patients”. Not only are they refusing to do their jobs, which is to protect us from toxins like pesticides and microwave radiation, but they ignore us, hoping we will just give up and go away.

Below is a series of emails showing how hard it is to get even an acknowledgement of the email or letter (or reports). I hope you will consider writing to your health authority and the Patient Care Quality Office with your concerns, complaints and requests.
2) A battle is going on in Europe over which technology will be covered by legislation for use in cars – Wi-Fi or 5G.
5G: Volkswagen a winner as EU set to favour wifi over 5G: draft
“BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The European Commission is set to approve and set rules for the use of wifi in cars, giving Volkswagen and Renault who have pursued this technology the edge over Daimler and others who invested in rival 5G networks.
The latest draft of the proposed rules seen by Reuters paves the way for cars equipped with wifi called ITS-G5 to hit the roads in Europe while regulators will review the rules at the latest three years after its implementation to take into account any new technologies..
“ “A legislation confined to a wifi based communication would send a negative message about Europe’s commitment to 5G, and is contrary to the objectives of the Commission’s own 5G action plan, which aims to promote early deployment of 5G along major transport paths,” 5GAA said.”
3) One of our members provided this information about the ban on cell phones and tablets that I included in last night’s update [1) – https://stopsmartmetersbc.com/2018-10-21-chinese-province-bans-cell-phones-and-tablets-from-schools/]. The ban is really much more significant than the article implies.
“Shandong is the 2nd largest province in China with 100 million people.
*The English article says “middle schools” but reports in Chinese refer to all levels of primary and secondary schools (中小學), equivalent to elementary and high schools in North America. The new legislation also stipulates at least 1 hour of physical activities in schools per school day, and calls on parents to regulate children’s use of electronic devices at home.
Here’s another article from a newspaper in China:”

Subject: Additional science information
Thank you Laura for letting us know.
Just in case the link to Dr. Hugh Scully’s testimony did not open, this one from The Environmental Health Trust should work:
https://ehtrust.org/wp-content/uploads/Dr.-Hugh-Scully-Testimony.pdf
Excerpt: As a physician leader in Canada with a great commitment to the health of Canadians, I am very concerned about the increasing evidence internationally that EMR is creating increasing health problems in our population as its use increases exponentially. This is particularly true among children and young Canadians, and teachers and nurses who are continuously exposed to WiFi routers in schools [and hospitals].
10 year study on cell phone radiation – US, Toxicology Program
Excerpt: He (Dr. Melnick) went point by point over more than a dozen “incorrect and misleading statements” made by ICNIRP. Now many independent experts are questioning the validity of ICNIRP’s draft guidelines. Melnick’s analysis ends with the statement, “The ‘P’ in ICNIRP stands for Protection. One must wonder who this commission is trying to protect – evidently, it is not public health.”
“ICNIRP should be disbanded or reorganized. It’s a front for corporate interests,” stated Louis Slesin, PhD, editor of Microwave News.
Dr. Melnick led the design of the NTP cell phone study, and served as a senior toxicologist with the Program for nearly three decades.
The latest science, loaded with information!
10 year, Ramazzini Institute Study, March 22, 2018 Animal Study on Base Station/Cell Tower Radiofrequency Radiation, well below Canada’s Safety Code 6.

The Precautionary Principle:
Excerpt: Subsequently known as the Wingspread Statement, the Precautionary Principle was defined as follows: “When an activity raises threats of harm to human health or the environment, precautionary measures should be taken even if some cause and effect relationships are not fully established scientifically.”
We’d like to remind VIHA that Canada signed on to the ’Precautionary Principle’ at the Wingspread Conference of 1998.
As British Columbians, we have a right to expect that our medical system honours this signature, and that VIHA make full efforts to be informed of the latest science.
Please be so kind and add this information to my previous email.
Kind regards,
Benita and Marcus Schluschen

Hello,
Please confirm that VIHA received our previous email titled: “Excellent Health Care For Everyone” sent Oct, 12, 2018 at 2:33 PM .
Our email includes several links to science and medical researchers. So please, do not discard as spam as this information is of vital importance!
We have sent this email before, Oct. 2, but received no response, therefore, we telephoned to inquire as to the status of our email several days later. The lady we spoke to informed us that someone will call us back. Today, one week later, we received a call from VIHA informing that someone will call us back in 5 to 6 days.
Please be so kind and acknowledge receipt of our previous email.
Kind regards,
Benita and Marcus Schluschen
