2)    All over North America, people are complaining about their smeters and being forced to have them on their homes. Health, privacy, security, safety, costs are all reasons. In Maine, 5,000 people are suing their utility company for overbilling due to smeters.

4)    Security intelligence in many countries have warned about Huawei’s hacking and cyber espionage as an arm of China. But Huawei’s products are so cheap that many countries and utilities, like BC Hydro, cannot help themselves and Huawei’s products are in the US, Canada and in the UK.   The UK govt has concerns but so far I haven’t seen any in Canada or in BC. We still have Huawei’s transmitters already or so will be outside our homes.

“Due to areas of concern exposed through the proper functioning of the mitigation strategy and associated oversight mechanisms, the oversight board can provide only limited assurance that all risks to UK national security from Huawei’s involvement in the UK’s critical networks have been sufficiently mitigated,” the report states.

While the report is largely positive about the work Huawei is doing in the UK, it does raise a couple of issues which could lead to “new risks in the UK telecommunications networks”. The issues here primarily focus on a lack of the required end-to-end traceability from source code examined by the group, as well as the way Huawei uses commercial and open source third-party components. The latter, although theoretically sound, is the not the agreed upon process between Huawei and the UK government, raising questions over the life-cycle management process of the products.”

Without their Knowledge, Nurses are ‘Canaries in a Coal Mine’!

Executive Summary

Because the attached letter exposes what many people might think is simply too preposterous, CRNBC is urged to first learn what some of the world’s top radiation scientists have said publicly about today’s ubiquitous and terrifying radiation issue, before you read this scathing indictment (see attachment) of the Government of Canada’s corrupt agencies: Health Canada and, what previously was known as, Industry Canada. This letter also exposes the inconceivable inability of ANY jurisdiction in Canada to protect its citizens from corrupt ‘captured’ governments! It also exposes the failings of Canada’s own deplorably unaccountable mainstream news media!

The BioInitiative 2012 Report, which had 29 authors (including 21 PhDs and 10 medical experts – from 10 different countries), is considered to be the most respected, independent, authoritative science-based report in the world! [1] It concluded – six years ago – that non-thermal radiation (which Health Canada, the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand all deny publicly even exists) is a “Known Carcinogen” – it CAUSES cancer!  It also stated that Health Canada’s Safety Code 6 ‘safe’ radiation Exposure Limits were 3-6 million times too high! Also, Canada’s distinguished epidemiologist, Dr. Anthony Miller, Professor Emeritus at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health of the University of Toronto, and Sweden’s Dr. Lennart Hardell, the world’s foremost authority on cell phone radiation and brain tumors, both say that radio frequency radiation (which is non-thermal) is a “Group 1 carcinogen to humans”! It CAUSES cancer! [2] CRNBC are also urged to acquaint themselves with the USA’s Physicians for Safe Technology website, which is also very informative. [3]

CRNBC members will recall that Health Canada told us for many years that Thalidomide, tobacco, asbestos, lead, etc. were all safe! History has proven otherwise. Today, the same Health Canada is at it again, only this time its ‘Radiation Protection Bureau’ is guilty of perpetrating the most heartless, cruel and pernicious crime – ever – in human history! Although every man, woman and child in Canada is a victim of this ongoing crime – those most in danger are nurses, healthcare practitioners and patients! Each is the proverbial ‘canary in a coal mine’ (see below)!

Some 50-or-more years ago, Health Canada made the decision to become an integral member of what was then a fledgling but corrupt US Military-Industrial-Complex (M-I-C), which has since experienced astonishing – and frightening – growth, to the extent that it now has ‘captured’ national governments and exerts significant influence over both international regulatory agencies, i.e. the WHO (World Health Organization) and ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) – as well as Health Canada and what used to be called Industry Canada! In 1979, Health Canada produced its first Safety Code 6, which was cleverly-crafted and deliberately duplicitous! Instead of protecting the public against non-thermal radiation, Safety Code 6 made it possible for electric power utilities and wireless and telecom companies to exploit extremely profitable technologies, all of which emit cancer–CAUSING non-thermal radiation – which they continue to do today!

In this context, there are two kinds of radiation: “thermal” – which is invisible and heats the skin; and “non-thermal” – which is also invisible, but which the human body cannot detect and is known to CAUSE cancer! Mainstream news media, by their silence, have prevented CRNBC – and Canada’s entire medical community – from knowing that common everyday 60 Hz electricity, when current is flowing, emits hazardous cancer–CAUSING non-thermal electric and magnetic fields. So too does each and every wireless radio product / device / gadget – but each is obscenely profitable, to both industry and governments! Knowing this, one cannot think of a more ‘toxic’ or ‘dangerous’ environment in which to work, than in a major hospital, e.g. Vancouver General, BC Children’s, and BC Women’s, given their extraordinary dependency on electricity and wireless electronic equipment, each item of which emits hazardous cancer–CAUSING non-thermal radiation!

On behalf of its members, CRNBC has an obligation to find out why there are cancer–CAUSING Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, cell phones, cordless phones, tablet and laptop computers, wireless keyboards and mice, etc. in British Columbia’s cancer clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, etc.? The answer? Because BC does not have a single health official with the requisite expertise in non-thermal radiation to stop Telus or other utilities from installing their dangerous, highly profitable, wireless technologies! Nor does BC have anyone with the requisite expertise to prevent BC Hydro or FortisBC erecting their overhead power lines, power transformers, substations, etc. dangerously close to schools, homes, hospitals, residential areas, etc.! Those lacking such expertise include BC’s PHO (the incumbent and her predecessor), BC’s Centre for Disease Control and all five Regional Health Authorities!

Unforgivably, mainstream news media has not allowed CRNBC – or Canada’s entire medical community – or the public, to know that:

• Currently, at least 235 world-class scientists – from 41 countries – have signed the “International (radiation) Scientists Appeal (my emphasis).” Specifically addressed to the Secretary General of the UN, to all 193 UN-member countries and to the Director General of the WHO, they urged all governments to: “Protect Mankind and Wildlife From non-thermal radiation and wireless technology” (my emphasis)!
• In 2017, at least 180 scientists – from 35 countries – demanded that all governments place a moratorium on 5G (fifth generation) technology until it is proven to be safe – by independent, qualified professionals – having no ties to industry;
• In 2016, the latest US Center for Disease Control survey showed that 1 in 36 US children was autistic – 1 in 28 boys!
• Non-industry scientists say that this non-thermal radiation CAUSES autism, ADHD, leukemia, breast cancer, brain tumors, thyroid cancer and most other cancers, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, ALS, suicides, miscarriages, depression, memory problems, cardiac problems, etc. Tragically, once again, greed leads to corruption … the victims of which are the innocent, unsuspecting, trusting and defenceless public.

Contact details for two of Canada’s most respected, world-class Experts on non-thermal radiation (who may be willing to speak to today’s corruption) are given on page 11. My military BIO is on Page 13.

If requested by CRNBC, I am willing to appear before your board and/or membership – or any group – to answer any questions people might have. In doing so, I would bring with me my collection of radiation detection meters, which would enable CRNBC members to SEE, separately, the electric and magnetic cancer–CAUSING radiation that is in your venue at that time. My other meters would enable CRNBC members to HEAR the pulsed, cancer–CAUSING radiation that is also enveloping everyone in that location! While I do not charge for my time, any actual ‘out-of-pocket’ expenses I incur are recovered at cost – receipts are always provided, of course.
