Removal of Analog meters and installation of Smart Meters

Self insurance to cover problems

Additional staff time to handle customer complaints

Installation of the Smart Grid Collectors

Installation of Smart Meter collection software

NumMeters = Total number of Smart Meters installed:

Cost per Smart Meter = TotCost / NumMeters
