2) An article in a recent Saanich News article about the noise from the US aircraft stationed on a nearby US island. No mention of the wargames and the increase in the aircraft and the number of flights that will result, not to mention the increase in EMR. After all the letters and calls to various levels of government, why is this not known?

The Navy said that there will be hundreds of flights each week, often at low altitudes, for the next several years. Now that people are hearing the Growlers is the time to tell them that they have more to endure unless the Federal government gets involved to stop this intrusion.

6) Update re. the horrible fire in Campbell River, this from a member who viewed the scene today. The point he makes is very important. The smeter was NOT removed, as often happens when the meter is suspected as being involved. Why should we have to worry about having a fire hazard on our homes?
“We checked out the tragic fire in Campbell River and the s. meter was not burned. The security guard told us the fire apparently started near the back of the home.
The wall with the s. meter faces the side street of the home, but there was no sign of a fire anywhere near it.
Of course, BC Hydro did not remove the s. meter, like we have seen with a couple of fires in Port Alberni.

Mr Horgan and Mr Weaver, the BC Utilities Commission AND BC Hydro are as corrupt as the BC Liberals!! When BC Hydro forced their smart meter program and their smart meters onto our private properties and down our throats without ANY insight from the BC Utilities Commission, they illegally forced these non certified deadly devices onto our homes with threats of cutting power to our homes and THAT VIOLATES the Democratic rights as well as the Canadian Charter of Rights of everyone in British Columbia. I understand the huge challenge you have in sorting out the mess left behind by BC’s former government, but ONLY you have the power to help us remove these unsafe NON certified privacy invading explosive devices that were illegally forced onto every home and business in British Columbia!! Please, Mr Horgan and Mr Weaver… I beg of you to do the right thing and recall these devices until a thorough and proper investigation into the BCUC, BC Hydro AND the smart meter program has been thoroughly completed… there is too much going wrong with these things and I’m begging you to stop this program before someone in BC dies from one of these devices!!
