1) In the USA, resistance to smeters is growing, especially in the eastern states. Questions are being asked by many about the numerous problems ranging from health and privacy to cost benefits. These are all questions that our new provincial government should be asking – it’s NOT TOO LATE to correct the problem.

Worcester Is Front Line In Battle Over Utilities ‘Smart Meters’
Maybe Southeast New England is deciding that “smart meters” aren’t such a smart idea after all.
For several years, a cadre of determined activists in Massachusetts and Rhode Island have been waging what once seemed to be a quixotic campaign against a program to replace relatively simple and inexpensive residential electric meters with a high-tech version that critics say is a boondoggle for utilities and meter companies that takes yet another bite from ratepayers and, some say, raises health concerns.

Dear Friends,
Andre is alerting us to a very important study from Gunnar Heuser and Sylvia Heuser. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28678737 This study [Rev Environ Health July 2017] tested 10 subjects functional brain MRIs. All 10 complained of EHS/ES symptoms. All 10 were found to have abnormal functional MRIs. Heuser & Heuser are suggesting functional MRI can be used as a diagnostic tool in confirming electrosensitivity (EHS/ES).
Please note Dr. Gunnar Heuser conducted the brain study that is very much a part of our discussion and strategy as we fight SB 649 — the senate bill in California that will force the cities and counties to lease land to telecom, and we will have cell towers every 2 to 10 homes. Dr. Heuser found brain abnormalities in all six (6) firefighters tested in 2004 using SPECT brain scan. https://ecfsapi.fcc.gov/file/7022117660.pdf This study was the basis for Resolution 15 calling for a moratorium on cell towers on all stations in the US and Canada (passed by the IAFF in 2004), and is now used as the foundation of the firefighters [health] exemption in SB 649. Cell towers will not be placed on fire stations as a result of this bill. Health is not explicitly stated as a reason for the exemption in the bill, but it was granted based upon a demand for protection from adverse health effects from the towers, and Dr. Heuser’s 2004 study is the foundational reason.
Here is a link to EHT’s article on SB 649 and what the firefighter exemption means. https://ehtrust.org/firefighters-wake-call-us-susan-foster-re-sb-649-opposing-cell-towers-rights-way/ The 2004 study is addressed.
Dr. Heuser has contributed significantly to our understanding of EHS/ES, in part with the firefighter study showing cognitive impairment, delayed reaction time, and lack of impulse control. Now he is contributing again, with Sylvia Heuser joining him, with the first functional brain MRI (fMRI) confirmation of EHS/ES.

3) A new study shows that premature babies react to electrical impulses and grounding might benefit them.
Electrical grounding technique may improve health outcomes of NICU babies
A technique called “electrical grounding” may moderate preterm infants’ electromagnetic exposure in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and improve their health outcomes, according to Penn State College of Medicine researchers.
