1) Senator McCain’s recent diagnosis of brain cancer (glioblastoma) reminds us that there are so many studies showing harm. This one, done a few years back, shows how it’s not only the side of the head where the cell phone is held that is affected but, rather, the entire brain reacts negatively. This counters some industry hacks who are showing McCain using the phone on the side of the head opposite the tumor.
“In September 2013, Chinese researchers published “The Alteration of Spontaneous Low-Frequency Oscillations Caused by Acute EMF Exposure,” in Clinical Neurophysiology. The results demonstrated the RF-EMF exposure altered brain activity not only in the closer brain region but also in regions of the brain further from the antennae . The RF exposure was a 30-minute LTE signal (a higher frequency than Volkov’s) in this double-blind, crossover, randomized and counter-balanced study design. 2) www.EMFscientist.org is a site with the Appeal signed by more than 220 scientists from around the world, asking for the Precautionary Principle to be invoked and for the guideline-setting agencies, such as the WHO, to take its job seriously and provide warnings to the general public. At that site are some quotations from some of the scientists that could be useful in letters, etc.

3) An excellent YouTube by Kevin Mottus who has been working to educate the public and politicians about the dangers of allowing ever-increasing exposure to RF from wireless devices. He speaks of the basic harm, ways to reduce exposures at home, and warns about the dangers of 5G technology and microcells outside all of our homes. I hope you will listen and share widely. We must become active about demanding a moratorium for these transmitters which are introducing new frequencies that have never been studied.

Kevin encourages us all to push our politicians to act on our behalf, to consider the health issues and demand that new safety standards be established based on biological effects, not some thermal standard established by and for the industry and military.

Yet BC Hydro keeps telling people that the grid won’t work if people have analogs and that analogs are no longer available. It’s time we pushed our new Energy Minister for our right to protect our homes and families to be enforced.
