1) Cell transmitters are ubiquitous these days, on top of apartment buildings, office buildings, hospitals, etc. Here is a short video from the roof of an apartment building in Burnaby. And the workers are up there possibly with live antennae within a few feet. If anyone knows of someone who does this type of work, I’d love to have him/her measure the RF to which they are being exposed.

2) Ransomware attack halted after it affected systems in 99 countries, but cybersecurity experts warn this was nothing compared to attacks that are possibly in the works which would bring down major infrastructures – like the electrical grid. Why are the utility companies allowed to expose us like this? Why isn’t the BCUC or the Privacy Commissioner ordering the smeter program to be halted and only hard wired, or analog devices be used?

3) A member shared this petition aimed at Mattel’s Aristotle, a Wi-Fi baby monitoring device, which is aimed at privacy. No mention of the issue regarding microwave radiation. I signed the petition and added a comment about radiation and hope that others will too. This needs to be taken off the market, and parents need to be made aware.

4) Dr. Magda Havas has published a call to upgrade non-ionizing radiation, like that emitted by smeters and other wireless devices, to at least a 2A (probable) carcinogen based on many recent studies.
