2017-01-24 Push at the International Criminal Court to declare those causing harm guilty of Health Crimes

1)    Dr. Belpomme is joining others in approaching the International Criminal Court, with the aim of prosecuting those who knowingly cause harm.  Health Crimes.  It’s about time that the corporations making fortunes putting our health at risk, by ignoring or lying about the scientific evidence, are held responsible — and perhaps those in agencies responsible for protecting the public as well.

Here is a translation of the announcement:

Professor Belpomme began to meet with judges at the ICC with the aim of “introducing into their statutes the possibility of prosecuting those who had been guilty of knowingly causing serious and massive ‘A population by direct or indirect exposure to physical, chemical or infectious agents the harmfulness of which is known and scientifically demonstrated.

Read this extract from the ARTAC Bulletin of December 2016:

“Marie Odile Bertella-Geffroy, Professor Olivier Cachard of the University of Nancy, Etienne Riondet (Secretary General of ARTAC), Italian Judge Antonino Abrami and Professor Belpomme visited the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, the Netherlands, to meet with Judge Cuno Tarfusser, which was a follow-up to the 10-year colloquium of the Paris Appeal and aimed at the recognition of pollution and related health crimes as crimes Against humanity, in the form of an amendment to Article 71k of the Statute of Rome, or to add to Article 5 of these Statutes health crimes to already recognized crimes (genocide, Against humanity, war crimes, and crimes of aggression. The aim of this amendment is to introduce into the ICC Statute the possibility of prosecuting those who have been guilty, knowingly Serious and massive harm to the health of a population by direct or indirect exposure to physical, chemical or infectious agents whose harmfulness is known and scientifically demonstrated.

As a follow-up to this meeting, it was decided to continue the fight for the recognition of health crimes by relying on a strengthened scientific and legal working group and contacts with the United Nations. (United States, Europe, Canada, etc.), mobilizing the scientific and legal communities and civil society (NGOs), before considering the This mobilization must pass through the gathering of the living forces through the Call of Paris which, until proof to the contrary, is one of the driving elements of this type of action.

Our comment:

It seems to us that this would be a very long trial … Professor Belpomme is working with Judge Bertella-Geffroy, known for his commitment to legal cases concerning public health: asbestos, hepatitis B vaccine and, more recently, defense Of an airline pilot suffering from aerodynamic syndrome.”

2)    A presentation made to the Swiss Medical Association about EHS being an underestimated disease.  Finally, efforts are being made to bring this information before the medical community.

“The lectures were held before an above-average audience of medical specialists. This interest was in pleasant contrast to the well-known defensive attitude of many conventional physicians towards the subject… Countless electrosensitive people complain that they are not taken seriously by their doctor. Where medical faculties use a lecturer close to the mobile and electricity sectors to present this topic, the young medical generation is being indoctrinated by this unfortunate misunderstanding of the facts.”

3)    Studies indicate that people with autism have other health problems that also have been associated with exposure to RF. Doctors and parents have found that behavior in autistic children improves/calms with the elimination of wireless devices in the environment.

The authors’ Conclusion (emphasis added):

In conclusion, our results seem to point to a dysfunctional gut–brain axis associated with neuroinflammation in ASD. When clustered together by functional groups (barrier properties, pro-inflammatory markers, and enzymatic activity), our data support the notion that in ASD, there is a differential regulation of the pathways associated with our hypothesis of a gut–brain axis dysfunction involving the intestinal barrier, BBB integrity/function, and neuroinflammation (Fig. 8).

Certainly, more in-depth molecular studies, possibly in animal or in vitro cell culture models, are necessary to understand the specific mechanisms behind the BBB disturbance we have herein reported. These studies will allow for patient stratification and personalized interventions (precision medicine) to target specific pathways involved in the pathogenesis of ASD.

Subject: Fwd: Response to your email regarding BC Hydro’s Smart Meter Program, Ref: 98168

Dear John,

Isn’t it about time that the Auditor General investigates the true nature of BC Hydro’s financial behaviour?

Isn’t it about time that the NDP started hammering the BC Liberal government on their and BC Hydro’s fascist policies pushing the costly and dangerous smart meter program onto the many thousands of households that want to retain their safe and reliable analog meters?

Isn’t it about time that the presently emasculated BC Utilities Commission is allowed to do their original job instead of being legislated to ignore major projects such as smart meters and Site C?

As we near another provincial election, it is factual and open discussion of these important issues that will determine how I and many others make our voting decision.

The general public are fed up with the continuing rape and plunder of both our provincial resources and pocketbooks by those presently running the show in Victoria, and look forward to electing a leader who listens and takes action to do the will of the people rather than the reverse.

Sincerely,

Finlay MacPherson

Subject: Response to your email regarding BC Hydro’s Smart Meter Program, Ref: 98168

Mr. Paul Wieringa
Executive Director, Electricity
Electricity and Alternative Energy Division
Ministry of Energy and Mines

I have read your email dated January 19, 2017 at 3:02:42 PM and am appalled by your response to the 7 examples listed.  Does no one in your government understand how to tell the truth anymore, rather than just parrot the BC Hydro and industry spin re: smart meters??

a) Energy Rates will be reduced

Exactly when will this happen?  As far as I can determine, BC Hydro has always raised energy rates and will continue to do so in order to transfer it’s massive and ever increasing debt load on to the backs of the electricity consumers in this province.  Bypassing the BCUC on matters such as the AMI program and Site C is just the sneaky way of ensuring no public cost/benefit analysis and rational discussion of these projects is ever done.

b) It’s good for the environment

How is blasting the environment 24/7/365 with pulsed microwave radiation “good”.  The many health hazards have been scientifically proven by many respected medical researchers who have actually investigated the issue.  Researchers have known of the non-thermal dangers to human health for the past  seventy years, yet industry and Health Canada standards ignore such evidence and only apply to thermal effects.  How stupid does one need to be to believe “It’s good for the environment”??

c) There will be efficiencies

Analog meters have far longer life expectancies than Smart Meters.  Period.  If the aim was to eliminate meter readers, consumers could have self reported meter readings as is done elsewhere without problem.

d) Measurement Canada has stricter guidelines that analogs don’t meet

Patently false statement according to Measurement Canada.  You say BC Hydro requires 99.8% accuracy — perhaps BC Hydro tests these meters but I suspect not, and that they rely only on Itron’s published meter specs to be accurate.

e) Analogs are not available

Another false statement.  Many jurisdictions have found no cost/benefit advantage due to smart meter installation, and intend to continue using analog meters.  The electricity grid could have been modernized without installing a smart meter on every residence.  You also say “BC Hydro can only use certified meters to measure electricity consumption in BC” — so what?  Are not analog meters still certified by Measurement Canada?

f) Smart Meters are safe in every regard

Another blatant lie.  Just read the readily available literature to learn just how unsafe these meters are.  Decades of research shows the damaging biological effects of microwave radiation on human health, particularly pulsed microwave.  DNA damage is the root cause of cancer, so how does an unending barrage of pulsed microwaves from a smart meter every few seconds not damage DNA??   You say a lot of authorities confirm wireless smart meters do not pose any health risk.  Can you please cite any one of them that actually will confirm they have taken into account the NON-THERMAL and well proven biological effects?  All they will ever confirm is that smart meters meet standards for THERMAL effects.  Period.

Another blatant lie is your assertion “There’s no evidence a BC Hydro smart meter has ever been the cause of a fire in BC”.  In fact there is numerous evidence, and there would have been much more had not BC Hydro rushed to remove burned out smart meters from the smart meter fire scenes reported in BC.  Your reference to the Len Garris (research by the University of the Fraser Valley) report paid for by BC Hydro is meaningless in the sense that the study was biased and failed to include readily available evidence of smart meter fires and explosions that actually occurred.  Refer to the Citizens for Safe Technology website or just Google smart meter fires and you will find plenty of evidence refuting your statement.

As one who has been working with computer systems since 1979, I can frankly say there is no such thing as a totally secure system.  Hackers and crackers infect systems daily.  Numerous zero day exploits still remain undetected world wide.  Wireless systems are the easiest to exploit.  It is only a matter of time until the grid fails due to someone discovering a presently unknown security attack vector and using it to cause havoc.  Why expose the grid to such tampering and danger?

g) Costs will be reduced

Perhaps, but very unlikely.  Consumers now pay BC Hydro for the extra power the smart meters consume in order to operate the electronics and transmitters that never existed inside an analog meter.  How does adding a billion dollars debt for smart meters reduce consumer costs?  BC Hydro keeps forecasting growing electricity demand that never materializes according to actual system load; in other words none of their previous forecasts seem to occur.  Site C is another boondoggle adding billions to debt.  Destroying agricultural land and ignoring aboriginal rights in the Peace region is just evil.  Originally, Site C was promoted as to ensure BC could sell power to our southern neighbours, including California.  California refused to pay the approximately 750 million dollars they were billed by BC Hydro during the Powerex energy manipulation scandal, and rightly so as deemed by the courts hearing the issue.  California now does not consider hydroelectricity from dams to be “green” and is switching to alternate means of supply such as solar and wind.  So BC Hydro changed their tune to the LNG pipe dream of Christy Clark as necessitating justification for Site C development.  We all see how that worked out.  Now the justification seems to be to sell power to Alberta.  The ridiculous part of all this is that the BC Hydro residential consumers are the ones expected to pay for most of this, as the other consumers such as mining operations are given reduced rates to encourage their operation in this province.

For a Crown Corporation (BC Hydro and Power Authority) which is owned by the citizens of BC to act with seemingly total disregard for the citizen’s wishes to receive clean and affordable electricity is a travesty of justice.  To burden this and future generations with ever increasing debt due to political hanky panky bypassing the BC Utilities Commission oversight of massive BC Hydro projects is something fascists and technocrats rejoice over.  To continue misleading the public as to how “safe” smart meters are is both immoral and deceitful.

Replacing once proud BC Hydro employees with the Accenture hires just indicates how our once revered BC Hydro is now being morphed into the monster capitalist creation it now seems to be.

Instead of repeating the many lies and misrepresentations offered by BC Hydro and government minions regarding the true nature of the smart meter disaster and increased cost of electricity now being experienced and planned into the future, why not act responsibly and truthfully admit the real facts to your electorate?

Government “double speak” (read George Orwell’s 1984) is not appreciated.  Your reply will be appreciated.

Thank you,

Finlay MacPherson
