1) Below is a reminder from Olga Sheean, a member of the Coalition, that we all should sign and share the petition calling for changes in the way WHO operates. WHO is misleading the public (just a look at its website will show you this), ignoring science, and supporting industry lobbying to keep the public in the dark about the dangers of RF. Health Canada hides behind WHO and provincial health officials, like Perry Kendall, hide behind the HC – allowing him to encourage Wi-Fi in schools and smeters on our homes. It is vital that we do all we can to get this petition to those outside the Coalition.
2) Non smeter. There are going to be events to raise awareness about Site C, the damage it will do to the environment and the mis-information BC Hydro and this government are telling us about the need for this project. 3) Something disconcerting is going on in airplanes, usually during long flights. We all know about the horrible death by cardiac arrest of the 10 year old girl and Carrie Fisher, but there have been incidents where the crew has become ill, saying they smelled fumes, but no passengers did. There has been no indication that the Wi-Fi on these planes is a factor, but one has to wonder.

4) Richmond staff is recommending giving statutory right of way along named streets to Telus and Shaw for $10 each for the purposes of utility and related services!!! Cell and Wi-Fi transmitters are now utilities?

From 2000 to 2004, I worked as the editor at UNAIDS, although my contract was with WHO. Even though I no political clout within the organization, I was involved in many meetings and got to see what went on behind the scenes.
My time at the UN was an eye-opener in terms of the vast resources wasted on internal crisis management and the level of dysfunction and political in-fighting that I witnessed.
I could have continued working there for many years but, like Dr Brundtland, I became ill—not realizing, at the time, that I was also being affected by EMR.
I’m currently working on a separate document that will be delivered in mid-January to Dr Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Emilie van Deventer (Head of the EMF Project) and the new UN Secretary-General, António Guterres.
We need your support in making an impact! We are calling for the resignation of Emilie van Deventer—an electrical engineer with zero health qualifications and a clear conflict of interest, given her research for the mobile phone industry.

EHS is shaping up to be one of the worst global epidemics in our history. It warrants immediate and extensive protective measures and public awareness campaigns, as well as science-based strategies for healthier technologies.
Our industry-led governments are failing to acknowledge the proven dangers of microwave radiation because WHO has failed to do so. Calling WHO on its own industry bias and getting it to respect and act on the science will set the standard for our governments to follow.
