2) Review of the National Toxicology Program’s results appear to support the potential for RF exposure to be associated with autism.
The plausibility of wireless radiation and EMF (electromagnetic fields) as a contributing environmental factor in autism has been explored in several published papers[2,3] and talks[4]. Are there findings from this study that would lend weight and evidence to the hypothesis that wireless radiation is an environmental factor which could contribute to the rising autism epidemic?
It should also be noted that this study used older 2G cellular technology. Higher power and newer technologies like 3G, 4G (LTE) and 5G are likely to be more harmful. The current 5G rollout should be halted until it is tested for health and safety. The American Academy of Pediatricians is recommending that consumers take immediate action to reduce their exposures.[5]
There are several findings in this study[6], which may relate to autism and warrant deeper study and rigorous examination.

BCUC’s scripted reply failed to address any of my questions, and indicates that BCUC is either muzzled by the Clark Government, or is simply unwilling to answer the questions in my letter.
As a taxpayer, I have a right that my questions are taken seriously.
Let me try my questions again:
– Does BCUC condone, that BC Hydro is not responsible, nor held accountable, for any damages done to a persons health or property, and even death, extending to all employees and subcontractors, even when gross negligence is proven by BC Hydro’s staff?
– Why is BCUC indifferent to the lies and deliberate deception by BC Hydro staff, which I personally experienced, and witnessed on numerous occasions?
– Why Is BCUC indifferent to extortion practices by BC Hydro, cloaked as ‘Legacy fees’?
– Why Is BCUC indifferent to BC Hydro’s ongoing intimidation practices towards customers, who do not wish smart meters on their homes, to preserve their health, even when doctors notices were presented, that their patient’s health is severely compromised by pulsed radiofrequency microwave radiation, as emitted 24/7 by smart meter radiation?
– Why is BCUC indifferent, that smart meters emit microwave radiation frequency (2B Carcinogen) into homes, several thousand times a day and not 3 to 4 times a day, as BC Hydro staff is allowed to deliberately deceive the unsuspecting public? BC Hydro is allowed to deceive their customers, and BCUC looks away?
– Why is BCUC indifferent to this massive discrepancy and deliberate deception by BC Hydro, of several thousand microwave radiation transmissions blasts, over 3 to 4 radiofrequency microwave radiation transmissions, as the public is deliberatly deceived by BC Hydro staff, including supervisors and senior staff?
– Why is BCUC indifferent or chooses to ignore, the recent health warnings of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, regarding smart meter radiation, which includes smart meter radiation warnings?

– Why does BCUC choose to ignore the repeated warnings, including the ‘Hill’s Criteria of causality’ (the standard of science) which includes smart meter radiation, as outlined in the International Doctors Appeal?
“Significant harmful biological effects occur from non- thermal RF exposure and satisfy Hill’s criteria of causality.”
– Why does BCUC choose to ignore the latest 60 peer reviewed studies, this past year alone, proving adverse biological effects?
– Why does BCUC choose to ignore, The Bioinitiative Report of 1800 peer reviewed studies, demonstrating adverse biological effects, resulting from non-ionizing microwave radiation exposure, to humans, animals and plants?
– Why does BCUC choose to ignore the Nuremberg`s Agreements, to which Canada is a signee?
By definition, it is illegal to perform a biological experiment on ANYONE, without informed consent!
– How long will BCUC stand idly by and be held hostage by Health Canada’s outdated Safety Code 6, which according to their very own admissions in Quebec’s Supreme Court, only protects from thermal damage, but does NOT consider biological effects?
– Is BCUC not aware of Health Canada’s dismal track record, of NOT keeping Canadian’s safe?
Thalidomide, DDT, Asbestos, Formaldehyde and many other biological toxic substances were considered ‘perfectly safe’, and approved by Health Canada, not long ago! No one was held accountable for these biological fiaskos!
– Is BCUC not aware of Health Canada’s sordid history, fighting their very own scientist in court, when their research is not favouring corporate interest?
– Will BCUC uphold the rights of Canadians, which are enshrined in the Canadian Constitution, or will BCUC continue to blindly follow Health Canada’s dangerous ‘Fly By The Seat Of Their Pants Policies’?
My questions are clear, and should be easily understood by the staff of BCUC. Therefore, it must be possible to reply with a clear response to all of my questions. If your staff is unable to do so, please be so kind an pass it on to a more qualified person who can.
Please be so kind and spare me the corporate/government spin of ‘no harm’, by radiofrequency microwave radiation, as it wastes your time and mine.
As a former, long time expert and radiation safety advisor to the Canadian Government expressed in CBC radio interview:

I sincerely hope, that BCUC has not become the Clark’s Government and BC Hydro’s handmaiden.

Thank you for your email to the BC Utilities Commission regarding your concerns about the BC Hydro’s smart meters.
While the Commission has not had any involvement in the planning or implementation of the BC Hydro Smart Metering Program due to the Clean Energy Act, the Commission recently reviewed FortisBC’s application for the Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project. FortisBC’s meters are the same meters currently in use by BC Hydro. After a public review process, the Commission determined that the meters are safe for use and subsequently approved the project.
Some of the findings the Commission made in the decision regarding safety are provided below:
- The Project complies with Canadian safety standards as set out by Health Canada with respect to RF emissions;
- Security and safety issues have been adequately addressed; and
- There is a low-risk of fires resulting from installation of the new meters.

By now, everyone must be aware of the BC Hydro ‘smart’ meter fiasco, which costs British Columbians dearly.
This formerly respected public utility, morphed with the help of the Clark Liberals, into a rogue corporation, not held accountable by anyone!
Not the Government, nor the BC Utilities Commission (BCUC), whose mandate it to be the utilities oversight body.
I personally experienced deliberate deception, by BC Hydro employees and subcontractors, including outright lies by staff on many occasions.
Unprecedented, BC Hydro is allowed to extort funds, cloaked as ‘legacy fees’, from citizens who are biologically sensitive and do not wish to have their family irradiated by microwave radiofrequency radiation, these meters emit every few seconds.
I personally have tested numerous ‘smart’ meters, using a microwave radiation meter, and yes, they do emit pulsed microwave radiation thousands of times a day, right into the home!
The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) has repeatedly warned of constant radiation exposure, as emitted by these wireless devices. The AAEM is not alone, as numerous international medical associations sternly warned of biological damage, caused by “smart” meters, cell towers, WiFi etc.
Biological effects are cumulative, even if a person is unaware, and over time cause a negative biological effects.
“Human, animal, and plant life is controlled by naturally occurring electromagnetic fields and signals. With their extremely low to very high frequencies, technical electromagnetic fields can interfere strongly with cell communication and metabolism. Initially, the body’s natural healing capacity, in its attempt to maintain homeostasis, will correct imbalances through finely tuned control mechanisms. Despite the overwhelming evidence of harm by international medical research (over 60 this last year alone), BC Hydro feels that they have the inherent right to force their biologically untested devices into peoples homes and lives, even against the home owners consent.
The most appalling fact is, that despite peoples objections against these microwave radiation emitting devices, BC Hydro is not responsible nor held accountable, for any damage done to a persons health or property. This extends to all their employees and subcontractors, even when gross negligence is proven!
They are not held accountable for financial losses, financial ruin of individuals, and even death!
Many residents in BC where lied to, intimidated, and forced breaking & entering was committed by BC Hydro staff and their subcontractors.
Private contractors in private vehicles, dressed in civilian clothes, forced their way aggressively onto properties, without any identification, cutting power to homes when unsuccessful in their attempt installing a “smart” meter, even though people have paid the extorted ‘legacy fee’ for a long time.
To add insult to injury, for reconnection of power, another extortion fee is introduced by BC Hydro, to the tune of $700.- dollars!
This is Government condoned thuggery at the highest level, that even Al Capone would be envious of!
Will the media not pick this story up, or has BC Hydro threatened your company as well, with shutting of your power, if you dare to practice ‘freedom of the press’?
