1) – Health Canada has no credibility with scientists or people who realize what independent scientists recommend.
They twist their words, confusing and wiggling, never saying RF or devices are safe, but allowing the public to believe that is what they mean. That is what officials like Perry Kendall depend on and use. A prime example is HC’s statement re. smart meters. Read what they say and note that they claim that $$meters “pose no public health risk” because of the “infrequent transmissions.” We all know that the transmissions occur several times a minute. HC would not call this constant but if you were having a bright light shined in your eye several times a minute all day every day, I believe you would say you had a light shining in your face all the time.

2) – A warning from a member who had an “expired” meter replaced last month.
Yesterday, a BC Hydro rep was at his home with instructions from BC Hydro to install a smeter with the transmitter disabled. This is illegal under the Tariff, the unilateral contract that was written by BC Hydro, approved by the BCUC, and which we must accept if we want to have power. The Tariff is at:
He has written a letter of complaint and it is below. I recommended that he should lodge an official complaint to the BCUC and the Ombudsperson because this was an attempt to breach the contract which says so long as we have paid the extortion fees, we can keep our “legacy” meters.

Wireless Technology – the Good, the Bad and the Truth
CV Electro-Health Awareness is pleased to be hosting an important information evening featuring Jerry Flynn, a retired Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) expert. Mr. Flynn has been working tirelessly for almost six years to educate people on the very real and insidious dangers of wireless technology, especially Smart Meters, which he describes as the quintessential Trojan horse. Mr. Flynn is rapidly becoming sought after to present and inform both the public and government institutions with his vast and impeccable knowledge and range of experience.
4) – If you know anyone with a “smart” phone, you should show them this YouTube. They are “apping” away their lives.

5) – As you know, California Chair of the Public Utilities Commission, Commissioner Peevey, is being investigated for conflicts of interests. Many 1,000s of emails were released to the public and a member of a California group, Sandi Maurer, is going through, finding much evidence of misrepresentation to the public. This article is about overbilling, something that many people suspect is happening at BC Hydro.
The coordinated propaganda campaign between the CPUC, PG&E and marketing firms that resulted in the smart meter deployment couldn’t tolerate news such as the fact that 500,000 smart meters were at risk for overcharging in hot weather. Peevey’s own bill doubled when a smart meter was installed on his vacation home, causing him to joke about making The Sea Ranch a smart meter free zone.
The CPUC and PG&E used the Structure report to cover up smart meter problems, and to defend the deployment at the customers’ expense. These emails suggest that returning to the tried and true analog meters is a viable remedy to avoid future skyrocketing utility costs, and that observant meter readers are a cost-effective way to ensure public and environmental safety.

On Saturday March 14th, 2015 (today) at about 4:15 pm my wife Judi was greeted in the driveway by a BC Hydro contractor named Don McKinnon of Karma Electric. Judi requested that he give his business card (with his phone number) to her.
Don cited to her that he was here to install a radio off hydro meter. As you well know within your records at BC Hydro, we just recently professionally altered our home and our water-guarded siding at the Westinghouse branded analog meter area. We did this “before Feb. 19th” to allow easy access for a legacy branded hydro meter install – one ending in serial # B263 that indicates this is “not” a radio-off category type smart meter.
It is well known to a great many informed BC’ers that the radio-off meter can be “remotely” firmwared and then turned back into a working smart meter. Again, and as you “well know” we have 100% flatly refused a radio-off meter or smart meter installed onto our home. We currently enjoy “the choice” of a 100% newly installed analog water meter and have requested the same option within a BC hydro meter. (as was promised by Bill Bennett.)
On Feb. 19th, 2015, I had 100% video recorded with the sound on, the 3 men you sent to our home in 3 vehicles (for our insurance records and compliance) regarding your installed legacy brand and “American made Itron meter (ending in serial # B263). You had exchanged and installed yours for our “Canadian made Westinghouse analog meter, which also ended in serial # B263. There were plenty of high definition photos taken of before, during and after – the process. (and video)
In my opinion this is (now) bordering on a thin line – regarding unnecessary harassment? because your BC Hydro appointed contractor named Don McKinnon returned on Saturday March 14th, met my wife Judi in our driveway and stated he was there to install a radio-off hydro meter and furthermore stated he was not aware of ??? the recent install of your approved BC Hydro “fully electronic” (not radio-off style) hydro meter.
Question: How could BC Hydro not know that they sent 3 men in 3 separate vehicles on Feb. 19th, 2015 and “already had exchanged” our Canadian made Westinghouse analog meter for a BC Hydro approved legacy American made – Itron meter???
Btw. what about providing a Canadian made legacy meter and protecting our jobs.
Stop this unnecessary harassment immediately at our address please. My wife certainly did not appreciate this on Saturday March 14th, and being told by same said contractor named Don McKinnon that if she refused to grant access to exchange? your recently installed BC Hydro “approved legacy meter” he’d then mark us down in your BC Hydro records as “a refusal”. There was no refusal whatsoever given on Feb. 19th, 2015.
Again, Stop this unnecessary harassment immediately at our address please, as we are exercising our right given by BC Bill Bennett’s promise made (in which he stated he “will not bully” anyone).
We happen to choose to keep the “legacy branded meter” to remain on our home. Thank-you.
You already enjoyed open and unimpeded free access to our home Feb. 19th, 2015 to exchange your former Canadian made Westinghouse brand analog meter for that of your BC Hydro approved American made legacy branded – Itron meter. That said …
Had my wife not met your BC Hydro contractor? at that precise defining moment in our driveway, I remain 100% sure this Don McKinnon of Karma Electric “would have” wrongfully and “purposefully exchanged” our Feb. 19th, 2015 installed (and approved) legacy meter, guaranteed to us “as a choice” by Bill Bennett.
At this point forward, I am surmising your next actions would have involved a heart felt apology from BC Hydro regarding the miscommunication with BC Hydro contractor Don McKinnon, and again I am surmising an explanation that would follow (unfortunately of course) that there’s “no more” legacy branded meters available and that we are now forced to accept your mandated BC Hydro radio-off smart meter, complete with it’s installed transmitter.
At that point this is a ” No Choice ” situation. Saskatchewan pulled them all. And no, it’s not the brand name that’s flawed, in our opinion – it’s a flawed and failed technology that we simply choose “not to have” on our home.
Please stop this highly unusual? line of “bullying” and attempted 2nd meter exchange within a month of our approved Feb. 19th, 2015 install of your promised legacy branded hydro meter. The original sending of this notification via this email (to straighten this matter out correctly) is indeed sent to you re: this “attempted” 2nd meter exchange on March 14th, 2015.
We are keeping very detailed and accurate records that are dated, at all times, for our records.
I expect and ask that someone from BC Hydro (via email) will respectfully correspond an explanation here.
If not? we will explore further options that may become available.
