1 – The Cancer Society needs to be investigated, as does its staff. See list below.
“” Mary McBride was “outed” in 2010 after having called herself doctor for 16 years (or longer), doing grand rounds as hospitals, treating cancer patients, and working with some of the industry affiliated people in support of the power and wireless industry.
She has sided with power companies running high power lines over schools – telling parents there is no evidence of harm even though EMF from powerlines has been a 2b carcinogen, associated with leukemia in children for decades. She also has supported cell companies wanting to put cell transmitters on schools – telling parents there is no harm from RF. McBride admitted, when confronted in 2010 that she has neither an MD nor a PhD, claiming she didn’t know. Now the Cancer Society is doing it again. She has no academic credentials in an scientific field, no basis for being called a “senior scientist”. How can we trust this organization to help us?
Former head of BC Cancer Agency’s salary topped up with donated money
Also, BC Cancer Agency still lists Mary McBride as a doctor in Oct 2014:

Toronto, Durham and York health units issue advisory about Lyme disease
Public health units in Toronto and the regional municipalities of York and Durham have recently found evidence that blacklegged ticks are in the Rouge Valley and that some of these ticks tested positive for the bacteria that causes Lyme disease. Blacklegged ticks are the only type of ticks in Ontario that can carry Lyme disease.

Subject: Interest Charges
Dear Mr. Reimer,
I spent about an hour on the telephone with one of your representatives trying to get an explanation of the interests charges on my bill. He could not figure it out and promised someone would get back to me.
Unfortunately I was out of town when someone did get back to me and left a message to call back.
Do you think it is reasonable for BC Hydro to be able to explain the interest charges they are billing clients? What rate of interest does BC Hydro charge?
I would much prefer an email explaining these interest charges as I have a hearing impairment. Can you arrange to have someone email me with an explanation? I question whether Hydro’s preference for telephone communications is to provide grounds for deniability of what the Hydro rep says. Rest assured that this should not be a factor as I will record the conversation with the Hydro rep.
Can you please arrange one of your staff to email me with an explanation of your service charges on my account?
