1) Great news!! Dr. David Carpenter Reinstated!! Hopefully, the publicity this got will prevent it from happening to anyone else. I must admit, I am confused by the statement that the university and Dr. Carpenter will enter into a “conflict management plan” to ensure future activities comply with “all applicable laws and policies.” Maybe this should mean that Dr. Carpenter doesn’t donate his future fees to the university.

Professor Allowed Back on Campus; No Action Taken
“His suspension prompted widespread protests. A rally has been scheduled at the state capitol in Albany on Thursday, February 23. Among the professional groups rallying support for Carpenter are the Ramazzini Institute and the International Commission on the Biological Effects of EMFs (ICBE-EMF). ”
See below in “Letters” more info about this successful outcome, along with the list of signatures of more than 2000 people.
2) A study of the effect of 5G on 2 healthy men who had not noted any effects from 3G and 4G exposure. The health problems began quickly and improved just as quickly once the men removed themselves from their offices.

Development of the Microwave Syndrome in Two Men Shortly after Installation of 5G on the Roof above their Office
“The 5th generation, 5G, for wireless communication is rolled out without previous studies on potential effects on human health and the environment. In this case study we describe two men, case 1 and case 2, working in three office rooms close to base stations. After the deployment of 5G, both men developed symptoms typical for the microwave syndrome, e.g., headache, tinnitus, dizziness, balance disorder, concentration and attention deficiency, and fatigue. Radiofrequency Radiation (RFR) after the 5G deployment was measured in the three offices.”
3) An update by EHT on the growing resistance to 5G in New York City.
Opposition to 5G Increases and Intensifies in NYC; Community Boards Pass Moratoriums, Congressman Speaks Out
New York City is slated to get dozens of new huge 30 foot 5G and 4G poles!
“The new 5G poles are very large, tall and leading to many questions and fierce opposition by New York residents. See LinkNYC Link5G Design Proposal Slides. Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile are adding 5G technology in New York City with a combination of “macro” sites (wireless transmitters generally located on the rooftops) and “small cells ” which are typically located on street poles.
New York City Community Boards Are Passing Moratoriums”
In just two weeks with your support, Dr. David Carpenter’s full academic status is restored! What an incredible outcome. Thank you.
Our press conference on Thursday will be cancelled, though we will keep our Thursday evening 6pm member call in place in order to celebrate this great victory.
A note from Judith Enck:
It was just over two weeks ago that the Albany Times Union ran a front page story about Dr. David Carpenter being kicked out of the classroom after a series of Freedom of Information Requests filed by Monsanto.
We all mobilized. Tonight we submitted the attached letter from over 2,000 people. We zoomed. We researched. We strategized. We wrote. We called. And now, we won.
More importantly Dr. David Carpenter and academic freedom won.
This evening, Dr. Carpenter reached an agreement, as outlined in this Albany Times Union article.
“UAlbany says PCB researcher may resume teaching on campus”
Our planned news conference for this Thursday has been cancelled. But, we will still keep our Thursday 6pm zoom meeting so we can reflect on what happened and how we all were part of it.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID.
