“We did research on the stress response using HRV and a cordless phone base station (Point #1); on live blood analysis and rouleau formation (Point #2); and on diabetes and dirty electricity (Point #3). Dirty electricity is part of the RF spectrum but at lower end of the scale and not at microwave frequencies.

2) Non EMF but related to the smeter program that came into effect under the Clean Energy Act of 2010. This Act was implemented under the previous Liberal Government — Premier Christy Clark. Under it, 2 major programs were enacted:
1) Smart meters were to be put on every business and home in BC;
2) Site C, a new dam, would be built destroying pristine wilderness, wonderful productive agricultural land, among other things.
Key to the Act was that regulatory oversight by the BC Utilities Commission would not occur. Smart meters were not approved by an independent Electrical Engineer to ensure safety re. fires or microwave radiation.
This Act prevented us from being able to demand our right to keep our analogs and gave BC Hydro the right to say take it or lose power. The NDP, at the time, argued that Site C wasn’t necessary but the Liberals wanted cheap electricity for the fracking companies. The initial cost projection was $8 billion.

When the NDP took over, they could have stopped this project but didn’t. The horror of Site C continues. This is from The Tyee and most likely will be ignored by other media.

Site C’s Slippery Slope
Newly obtained FOI documents raise questions about oversight of the troubled megaproject.
“In the space of just hours on a single day in June 2020, the provincial government office in charge of dam safety rubber-stamped a request to embark on a costly fix at the Site C construction project.
The fix was needed because the notoriously unstable layers of sedimentary shale on the Peace River’s south bank had shifted following construction activities. And the shifting of that “soft rock” had destabilized major components of the dam, including a massive sloped wall consisting of millions of tonnes of concrete.
Yet the the provincial water comptroller’s office never publicly disclosed what had gone wrong at the $16-billion-and-counting megaproject….
The press conference coincided with BC Hydro’s voluntary filing of a quarterly report on Site C with the BC Utilities Commission. (Under normal circumstances, the commission would have been the arm’s length overseer of the project, but it was removed from that role by the BC Liberal government in 2010, a decision that the current government opted not to reverse.)”
