1) I know I’ve asked for support of many documents/petitions, etc. I ask again for a very special statement asking for a halt to the auction planned for the sale of several high frequency, millimeter wave areas that the telecoms want to use for 5G. Please consider writing a short email. It can simply say that you are asking for a halt for the sake of the environment or your grandchildren. Numbers count. Please consider doing so right away. If you wish to share your letter, please bcc to me at citizensforsafertech@shaw.ca
Consultation deadline: September 6, 2022.

SIX REASONS FOR A MORATORIUM ON THE RELEASE OF THE MILLIMETRE WAVE SPECTRUM (mmWAVES):
“Most Canadians are presently exposed to “wireless” radiation (radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation, RF-EMR) levels a quintillion times higher than the natural background. 1 Experts warn that this poses a serious risk to our health and to the environment. If released for use, millimetre waves would be emitted by antennas on cell towers, and hundreds of thousands of small cells being installed across Canada; many in very close proximity to people and wildlife. In addition, millions of 5G wireless devices such as cell phones would further contribute to exposures.
WE, CANADIAN EXPERTS AND CITIZENS’ GROUPS, urgently call for a MORATORIUM on the release of the extremely high frequency millimetre wave spectrum (mmWaves) including the 26/28 GHz bands UNTIL Industry, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), Health Canada, and Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) complete the following:….. ” The 6 reasons follow…
2) In May 2022, Magda Havas, Sheena Symington, Susan Molloy and Libby Kelly were invited to give a presentation to the National Council on Disability (NCD) on the need for people with electromagnetic and chemical sensitivities to be accommodated. This will be put on the NCD website.

3) This pertains to the UK legal decision requiring a school to accommodate a sensitve child. There is good background information related to that decision. Clearly it’s time for a lawsuit to be brought to the Canadian courts on behalf of all children who are being exposed to high levels of EMF unnecessarily every school day.

Press Release August 2022 Press enquiries to: phiremedia@protonmail.com
Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) awarded (Aug 2022) for UK child on the basis of Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS).
“Advice from multiple international medical doctors groups, 8-17 scientific panels, 18-29 and governmental bodies 30-40 is to decrease exposures; and, additionally, guidelines for EHS diagnosis and management have been peer-reviewed and published. These guidelines make clear that the mainstay of medical management is avoidance of anthropogenic NIR. 41-43 Disability and compensation cases for those with EHS have been won in many different countries and will continue to escalate. Some legal teams are so certain of negative health effects that civil suits for Wi-Fi and other wireless injury are now being offered on a ‘no win no fee’ basis, 44 and insurance underwriters consider related risks to be ‘high’.”
