1) The Tribunal agreed that the child was suffering from exposure to EMF from devices used at school and ruled that the school must make changes to accommodate her. An important precedent !!

Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) awarded (Aug 2022) for UK child on the basis of Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS).
“Parents have now won a 5 year legal battle against 2 local authorities to have their child accommodated in school for EHS. They won in the Upper Tribunal, thus the ruling is also precedent setting. We believe this is the first case in the world where a government body is legally mandated to make low EMF educational provisions to accommodate a child with EHS….
“The child’s problem with electro-magnetic radiation affects her life generally and limits her normal day-to-day activities – the Equality Act test. It applies at school, at home, and when she is out in the world. When at school, her problems with communication and making use of the computers are a direct result of the use of wifi in schools. The only solution available has to be provided in the school.”
2) After all the advertising and misinformation by the government and telecoms, it’s amazing that this many people are concerned, IMHO. It would be interesting to see how the questions were worded since the health department paid for the survey to be done. I will ask if the reporter can provide a copy. I’ll let you know if I get one.

3) Just a reminder that wireless devices are easily hacked. Apple says that it does not provide updates for all its phones, so everyone will need to buy new ones!!

Since the Village of Gold River, referred to as “municipality”, is the land owner of 549 Eagle Crescent, which is intended to be leased to Rogers, for purpose of the construction of an industrial 40 meter cell tower, within a residential zoned area, I am inquiring if Gold River Council was made aware by Rogers lobbyist, Brian Gregg, of the insurance liabilities, which would rest entirely on the land owner?
