1) I am not familiar with this group. It says it provides legal help free of charge primarily on matters dealing with human rights and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. 2) The power grids are extremely vulnerable, and one of the solutions suggested is to build local microgrids. There is a documentary that, according to the trailer, would be very interesting to watch. I emailed the contact and was told I would receive a link to the film when the final version is available. When I get it, I will share.
