1) French court has withdrawn approval for Starlink satellite internet service because it can “affect the interests of end-users”. A true environmental assessment is asked for by one of the environmental groups.

“Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite internet service has effectively lost its frequencies in France following a legal battle waged by environmental groups. The decision was published by the Conseil d’Etat, France’s Supreme Court for administrative justice, reports Teslarati. According to the court, the recent Starlink ruling negated a decision by Arcep, France’s telecoms regulator, back in February 2021.”
2) Non EMR. Unfortunate that Suncor apparently wasn’t making enough money to support wind and solar energy development. Looking at “long term” when the earth needs help now.

The Calgary-based energy giant – which has been involved in renewable energy production for two decades – announced Monday its plans to divest its wind and solar assets to focus on hydrogen and renewable fuels instead….
“By doing so, we use our strengths, competitive advantages and resources to drive shareholder returns and value over the long term and help us meet our emissions reduction targets,” said Suncor chief executive Mark Little in a news release.”

p.s. About instagram in case you don’t already know: several months ago they changed instagram so it’s now easily used by DESKTOP computers & ETHERNET-CONNECTED laptops etc. (without any wireless steps required to easily create and use an instagram account).
