2) From Victor Leach, the Oceania Radiofrequency Scientific Advisory Association Inc. secretary. ORSAA has compiled a large, if not THE largest, database of scientific articles, studies and reports (https://www.orsaa.org/) pertaining to EMF effects on all living things and the environment. Leach introduces a recent book, written by the recently deceased Dr. Grigoriev, which is about 5G, the lack of research on this new technology and frequencies, and the need for caution. I could not find any information about the availability of the book, but when I do, I will share.

“Steve Weller will be presenting a paper on the state of the art in relation to DNA genotoxicity research and this will be the forerunner to a peer-reviewed paper. The title of the paper is “Genotoxic Potential of Radiofrequency Exposures”; see attached abstract.
Victor Leach will be presenting the main findings from a Russian book by Professor Yuri G. Grigoriev (PhD, DMedSci), that has been translated and adapted for English readers by ORSAA. The book’s Russian title was “5G CELLULAR STANDARDS. Total Radiobiological Assessment of the Danger of Planetary Electromagnetic Radiation Exposure to the Population”. During the final stages of translation, Yuri passed away. Although he was 95 years old, his mind was sharp and we had many discussions on the English interpretation from the Russian. He was fluent in English and a devoted Christian and cared deeply about humanity having written a number of books on how this wireless radiation was affecting the health of children. During the translation process, ORSAA added a lot of new information. Yuri had written this book from both his previous research and his experience as a medical professional. He could see the many flaws in the ICNIRP approach where population exposure is based on acute heating only. The Russians have an exposure standard 100 times lower than Australia and therefore more protective.”

Firstly, there are the technical requirements for the successful use of this type of communication: a significantly larger number of micro-antenna base stations (i.e., antennas) per unit area with satellite support is needed. Secondly, there is the lack of a consistent methodology for health and safety. Thirdly, thus far, there are only assumptions about the possible biological effects of a lifetime of exposure to MMWs on human populations and ecosystems. There is no long-term data on possible health effects from constant exposure to MMWs on the skin and sclera of the eyes. Targeted research or pre-market testing has not been performed in Russia or other countries prior to implementation of this new technology.”
