1) UPDATE ON A U.S. SUPREME COURT CASE.
(the first paragraph)
“Santa Fe Alliance for Public Health and Safety’s appeal will be filed in the U.S. Supreme Court one month from today. We will ask the high court to strike down as unconstitutional the preemption clause in the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This will restore to cities and states the right to protect their citizens’ health, and it will restore to injured people the right to a remedy for their losses.”

2) GUERNSEY NEWS ABOUT AN INSTALLATION OF 5G THAT DID NOT MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION.
Here are a few excerpts from a recent news article in the British Isles: (click on photo to enlarge)
(headline) 5G TRIAL A “DISAPPOINTING” SETBACK
“It’s very, very sensitive as a service today. So you have your mobile device in the window, in line of sight of your mast, and you can get speeds of 200/300 [Megabits-per-second], but you move it one or two metres from that position and you are down below the speeds you can get today via the fixed broadband network.”
Mr Beak remains convinced that 5G will still happen in Guernsey, but there is not currently technology that is worth introducing.
“We don’t think that 5G is yet a fully robust service that would be future-proofed as well. 5G will definitely be a complementary service to fibre in the future. It will happen. But yes, it was disappointing that it wasn’t as reliable as we wanted it to be.”
The tender process through the GCRA for 5G licences will “encourage and facilitate” network sharing as the “optimal solution if possible” to reduce the environmental impact.”

3) UPGRADING HOMES. We can help anyone make a conscious choice.
We are near the end of September, so whether kids are attending school at home or at school buildings, probably many homes are settled into the school routine, which very often depends on use of electronic devices.
Please, if I may, I’d like to put a wee challenge out to each of you readers, hopefully you know the expression: pay it forward. You have a lot of wisdom and knowledge that many people do not have. Can you find a way to help any one individual or one family in your neighbourhood grasp that it can be easy to simultaneously upgrade their Internet and improve indoor air quality — by switching any “wireless” connectivity at home to “wireline” connectivity. That what they would be doing is making a conscious choice to be good to themselves and every person who lives or visits there?
I strongly recommend that you do not overwhelm anyone with too much information. You might even simply let any one of the pleasant, informative items in the following list do all the talking, and whether or not you continue a conversation at that moment or later.
You could pick one item that you think might appeal to someone you know — it could be just one page, with pictures, or colourful, or looking more factual as mostly text, or multi-paged. Several of these items are available as a download you can share by printing or by sending it to someone electronically.

4) DO YOU CRINGE WHEN YOU SEE SOMEONE WEARING THE WHITE WIRELESS EAR BUDS?
I sure do. Obviously, the usual wireless emissions are unhealthy, but what makes me cringe here is that on-purpose these are engineered to forcefully flood magnetic field THROUGH the skull, ear-to-ear. Maybe the word “induction” can help users relate to that “induction stovetops” cook; similiar to the concept of microwave wireless being the same thing that is used to cook in a microwave oven.
