1) An interview with Dr. Marc Arazi (Phonegate) translated into English. Re. Phonegate, as far as I know, ISED and FCC have yet to do anything about the phones that exceed guidelines by many times — denying that there is any threat to health. Remember that Safety Code 6’s SAR is 1.6 W/kg.
“Smartphone waves what you need to know”
“Santé publique France found that between 1990 and 2018: the incidence of brain cancers has increased fourfold…
In “Phonegate” (Massot ed.), Dr. Marc Arazi denounces the overexposure to electromagnetic waves from smartphones. A health scandal.’
2) Telecoms are buying up spectrum in many countries, spending billions of dollars. Some of the countries are selling milliwave frequencies in the 26 GHz range. Canada’s sale of 3-5 GHz ranges started June 15 and will provide billions for the government’s bank account. There is a clear conflict of interest in our government. It needs and depends on money paid by telecoms for frequencies that they will use for dangerous wireless emissions. The government denies that EMF is dangerous for fear of losing this income. But the govt could acknowledge the dangers and “encourage” use of safe technology, such as fiber optic cable, and still get the money because the frequencies would still be needed by the telecoms. European 5G Observatory
“As 5G is gearing up for market deployment, The European 5G Observatory provides updates on all of the latest market developments, including actions being undertaken by the private and public sectors, in the field of 5G. The 5G observatory also delivers an analysis of the strategic implications of the 5G Action Plan and other public policy objectives.
The observatory focuses on 5G developments in Europe, along with major international developments ( USA, Japan, China, South Korea) that could impact the European market.”
The government’s Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) department selling off 200 MHz of spectrum and 1,504 licenses in 172 service areas
“The 3.5 GHz spectrum auction, initially scheduled for June 2020, began on June 15, 2021, and is expected to take several weeks with the government’s Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) department selling off 200 MHz of spectrum and 1,504 licenses in 172 service areas….
The last Canadian spectrum auction took place in April 2019, with the government raising 3.4 billion CAD (2.3 billion EUR) in the sale of 104 licenses of 600 MHz spectrum.”
“Spectrum to be auctioned
ISED is making 200 MHz of spectrum available in the 3500 MHz band for “flexible use” licensing that allows licensees to choose the type of services they will deploy, such as mobile (5G) or fixed wireless services (e.g. Internet-to-the-home). Through the transition process, existing licensees are eligible to apply for flexible-use licences for a predetermined amount of spectrum, based on their existing holdings in a specific area. This will enable current licensees to continue serving their existing customers while laying the groundwork for new 5G services. Since existing users are retaining some spectrum, the amount available for auction varies between 30 MHz and 140 MHz across the 172 Tier 4 service areas….
The 3500 MHz band has the potential to facilitate the offering of 5G mobile broadband and fixed broadband services to Canadians. Given that the use of this band for 5G technologies is being adopted globally, there is little risk that there will be any usage changes to this spectrum in the foreseeable future. It is also unlikely that any developments in technology would result in a change to another use that is incompatible with mobile broadband and fixed broadband services.”
3) Another webinar. This one hosted by The Globe and Mail, and will be about 5G from industry’s point of view. It’s important that we know what they are planning and “selling”. It is free but registration is required. Monday, June 28, 1:30-2:30 pm ET or 10-30-11:30 am PT.
5G Future: How will new networks change the way we live?
“Join this webcast from The Globe and Mail to hear tech leaders discuss where 5G is today and how it will change the way we communicate, work and live over the coming decade.”
4) A reminder that Ecojustice is holding a webinar this Wednesday. Read about some of the legal actions by this non-profit environmental law group.
EMF is an environmental hazard ,so please consider participating in this webinar and, if you are unfamiliar with Ecojustice, I suggest you learn more about this organization. It has participated in many precedent-setting lawsuits.

“It was once said that the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; and those who are in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped.” Hubert H. Humphrey
