1) There will be a Stop 5G protest/rally in Qualicum Beach this Saturday. Full details are below which I hope you’ll share widely with friends and organizations. Only loud voices are able to be heard, especially by politicians who don’t want to hear.
Any other Stop 5G events? Please send info to me at:
citizensforsafertech@shaw.ca with “5G Event” on the subject line and I will share.
2) “Death by Design, The Dirty Secret of our Digital Addiction“, which is a very interesting documentary, can be seen for free until 7:00 pm (wherever you are) on Thursday. At 7:00 MT, there will be a Q&A with the director.
Q&A WITH DIRECTOR AND PRODUCER SUE WILLIAMS
Thursday at 7:00 p.m MT
“Sue Williams has produced and directed five critically acclaimed, feature documentaries about China for national PBS broadcast, including Frontline. Contemporary China features prominently in her most recent film, Death by Design. Sue also directed two highly praised biographies on Eleanor Roosevelt and Mary Pickford for the PBS series, “American Experience.” Her films have been broadcast in more than 25 countries and appeared in festivals around the world; they have won numerous awards, including 2016 The Boston Globe Filmmakers Fund Award.”
3) A look into what future awaits our children and grandchildren… homes without privacy, where “smart meters” track just about every aspect of lives. Even a “smart” panic room. This seems rather creepy to me but at least we now know why we MUST have smeters on our homes.
The future of smart tech: How homes will look in 50 years
“From health monitoring panic rooms to biometric sensors in every corner, by 2071 our homes could virtually run themselves, according to insight from a leading smart tech expert….
“Smart meters will incorporate data from sensor technology embedded in clothing, accessories and furniture. The meters will dynamically adjust based on your personal biometrics, meaning that each room in your home will always be at the optimum temperature to suit your comfort levels, whether that’s staying cool whilst working out in your living room or keeping warm at bedtime.”

4) The NDP are asking us to complete a one question survey. But will they read them? Are they serious? I am skeptical but why not tell them about our concerns for health, privacy, and security if a wireless 5G grid is implemented. Why not use fiber optic cable to and into the home instead? It’s more efficient, is faster than wireless, is more secure from hackers, and it doesn’t emit radiation. Perhaps if enough of us express concerns about 5G or EMF someone somewhere sometime will see there is an issue here that matters to us.
