2) A member shared this from RTCA (Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics) and said that the airport in Qualicum Beach is changing its flight paths, after having requests from many ignored for many years. Might this have to do with concern being raised about the tower and aviation safety, especially with regards to 5G?

3) Many bills are in the legislative process in California, aiming to facilitate 5G grids and infrastructure for the telecoms by taking authority away from municipalities. As in Canada, telecoms hold great power in state and federal politics through lobbying and “donations” to politicians. There are some excellent videos in this article. We need to be fighting this as hard as possible because our local govts need to know that they are not alone in fighting 5G.

As stated previously, the department does meet regularly with various groups such as land use authorities, concerned citizens, consultants and proponents to answer questions and provide guidance related to our policy document on tower siting, CPC 2-0-03.
As the responsibility for developing Safety Code 6 lies with Health Canada, concerns or questions regarding its development should be directed to that Department. Any research concerning the effects of RF energy on humans that you would like to share with the Government of Canada should be directed to Health Canada.

Are my 8 questions regarding ISED, and industry lobbyist Brian Gregg, not clear to you?
Please be so kind and spare me with Health Canada’s outdated Code 6, as you are not dealing with a naïve simpleton, regarding electromagnetic radiation.
ISED is supposedly an impartial government overseer, but using the word “overseeing” is a quite stretch, considering ISED’s monetary ties to the wireless industry. Billions of dollars in airwave auctions purchase a lot of closed minds among politicians and government employees.
Why are industry lobbyists, like Mr. Gregg, not advised by ISED to only use the latest peer reviewed research, instead of intentionally deceiving the public by providing obsolete science?
Lobbyists like him, should be obligated to openly reveal the latest of peer reviewed research to the public, like the NTP and the Ramazzini studies, and the hundreds of other recent research papers, who have proven significant health risks to the environment and the public, from electro-smog emitted by wireless technologies.
But of course, you will refer to ICNIRP, the NGO, located in Berlin, who only accepts scientist who sing from the same “THERMAL HEATING” songbook, while ignoring any research showing biological effects, to man, insects, animals and plants. Like big tobacco before, to these people the earth is still flat, as long as big money can be made. Where is Canada’s long term research on cell tower radiation? Oh, I forgot, it does not exist.
I receive more and more calls from highly educated professionals, who have become intolerant to today’s, excessive, pulsed radiation, that is easily measurable, and present almost everywhere. They call, once their life becomes agony and pure hardship, no thanks to government’s inability to control industry, and the lack of education among Canadian physicians in this field.
Do you think your physiology, or that of your family, is any different than theirs, Mr. Ries? Despite what electrical engineers like to believe, pulsed radiation is cumulative. Your blood clumps (hypoxia) when you use any cell phone, leading to homeostatic stress, which over time, can lead to chronic diseases. If you do not believe me, try it out on yourself by placing your cell phone irradiated blood sample under a dark field microscope, as used in European medical clinics for live blood analysis. Your blood will very likely look horrific, when magnified, even if you consider yourself to be a healthy individual.
I ask you again, please be so kind and address my previous questions which still remain unanswered to this day.

As previously indicated, our role in the regions is to ensure an orderly development of communications systems in our respective areas, and to ensure the tower siting policies are adhered to. We regularly meet with land use authorities, concerned citizens, consultants and telecommunications providers to discuss issues local to Vancouver Island, and although the pandemic does not allow for face to face meetings, these do happen now generally as phone calls. As you can imagine, the majority of these conversations deal with clarification of our policy document on tower siting, CPC 2-0-03.
As for Brian Gregg providing outdated information on Safety Code 6, I reviewed the package that was sent to the residents that live in the area surrounding the proposed site(s) and the text is as follows. Can you confirm if he provided you with information other than this?
Safety Code 6 – ISED requires all wireless carriers to operate in accordance with Health Canada’s safety standards. TELUS confirms that the tower described in this notification package will be installed and operated on an ongoing basis so as to comply with Health Canada’s Safety Code 6 including combined effects with the local radio environment, as may be amended from time to time.

As before, not a single of my questions was answered. Why? Why are ISED manages like Mr. Krenz, and yourself, are unable to respond to questions pertaining directly to ISED?
- How many times has ISED met with telecom industries representatives, including TELUS?
- How many times has ISED met with members of the concerned public, like Mrs. Dow, who oppose to have their homes irradiated by cell towers, in violation of our constitutional rights?
- How many industry affiliated staffers, are members of ISED?
- Has ISED ever met with concerned citizens, who ultimately provide the funding for ISED, in the past?
- My previous question to ISED, why TELUS lobbyist, Brian Gregg, is allowed to hand out decades old, outdated science, as much as 3 decades, was not answered by operations manager, Mr. Ries, nor you. Would you please be so kind and do so now?
Why is TELUS’s salesman, Brian Gregg, allowed to grossly mislead the public, as he has done in Gold River in 2019?

TELUS’s lobbyist, Brian Gregg, mailed out an artist’s rendering to the residents, depicting what looks like two Chinese ginger jars, on a slender, unassuming pole. The image of this garden ornament like rendering, presented to the public, does not remotely match the massive, triple level, cell tower monstrosity, which TELUS imposed on the public. This immense industrial eyesore, was erected right between peoples homes, causing immediate property devaluations, of many homes in close vicinity to this hideous structure, as nobody wants to have an industrial structure in their back yard, nor view from their living room window.
The chronic radiation exposure of the homes in the immediate area is massive!
Do you Mr. Ries and Mr. Krenz, condone such unethical and thuggish behaviour, by the telecom industry?
Are the ISED managers in control, or are the telecom industry lobbyist in charge?
Safety Code 6:
It is disturbing, how ISED defends the misleading statements of Health Canada.
The science-based exposure limits referred in Code 6 are based on temperature only, causing heating effects.
This was confirmed by Health Canada’s, James McNamee, under oath, in a Quebec Superior Court.
China, Russia, Italy and Switzerland have safety standards 50 times safer than Canada’s for RF radiation exposures from equipment such as cell tower antennas.
There is indisputable scientific evidence of serious health risks from exposure to radiofrequency (RF radiation) from cell towers, well below Safety Code 6.
Court ruling:
Perhaps you have not heard of the latest, irrevocable court ruling from the High Court of Bremen, Germany, against the former chair of ICNIRP, Prof. Alexander Lerchl, for what amounts to as science fraud. As a native German speaker, I read the original report, from Germany.

Will you let the hundreds of people of Qualicum Beach down, who do not wish to be chronically irradiated by TELUS cell tower?

Will ISED deal with TELUS’s Brian Gregg’s highly unethical and dishonourable conduct? Will you hold him accountable?
