2) Telecoms say they are not sharing data, but major carriers are doing so unless the customer opts out. How many people read the privacy policy? The telecoms know few do, so they are making money by selling data to advertisers who target based on that data. And this will happen more with 5G, as more data is available to be sold and used without our knowledge.

T-Mobile US Inc. TMUS -0.59% will automatically enroll its phone subscribers in an advertising program informed by their online activity, testing businesses’ appetite for information that other companies have restricted.
The No. 2 U.S. carrier by subscribers said in a recent privacy-policy update that unless they opt out it will share customers’ web and mobile-app data with advertisers starting April 26. For example, the program could help advertisers identify people who enjoy cooking or are sports enthusiasts, the company said.”
3) This article is 3 years old, but many members have joined since that time and it is vital that we all become as educated on the topic of the benefits of fiber optic cable being brought to and through our homes instead of having 5G control our infrastructure. Dr. Schoechle is an expert on the topic and his report is well worth reading.

Because broadband networks and the Internet have become vital components of our nation’s physical, cultural and social structure, the future of these networks, the report says, must be steered towards the fastest, most reliable and future-proof, and secure infrastructure available. Such infrastructure would be wired, not wireless.”

Despite thousands of studies https://mdsafetech.org/5g-telecommunications-science/ showing the ill effects of electromagnetic (wireless) radiation 5G wireless technology is being rolled out worldwide.
5G “super-speed” wireless technology would expose us to levels of electromagnetic radiation many times stronger than the current 4G technology already proving harmful to many. In addition, because 5G cannot easily go through buildings and other solid objects, many more cell towers/antennas will be required – one every few houses – each producing high levels of electromagnetic radiation and contributing to the deleterious health impacts to all living things. This is the reason for TELUS’ wired to the premises project. They need the fiber optic cables for the 5G project!
In addition, there are plans for upwards of 50,000 new satellites that will be littering the skies and beaming radiation on all corners of the Earth. Nowhere will be left untouched by this man-made radiation.
Non-ionizing radiation has been shown to cause a host of health effects due to its ability to interfere with our biology. Cancer, DNA damage, cell death, and oxidative stress, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, learning disabilities, sleep disturbances, and autoimmune disorders are some of the health issues being found in early studies. Thousands of scientists and healthcare practitioners have signed an Appeal https://www.5gspaceappeal.org/ protesting the rollout of unsafe wireless technology both on Earth and in space.

Even the retired president of Microsoft Canada, Frank Clegg, has spoken out about the dangers of untested 5G technology, including that it uses millimeter waves similar to those used for crowd control in directed-energy weapons called Active Denial Systems.
More than 150 communities worldwide have now passed ordinances halting the rollout of 5G. Switzerland, Belgium, and Slovenia have banned 5G citing human health concerns.
We must draw a line in the sand now informing the telecom industry we do not want 5G technology in our community until proven safe. Did you know that the World Health Organization (WHO) is currently conducting a health risk assessment from exposure to radiofrequencies, including 5G, to be published by 2022? Perhaps the wise choice would be to hold off on further 5G installations till this report is available.
