1) In last night’s update, I shared a study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7685570/) about how sleeping on an insulated bed, free from EMF, improves health and slows ageing. While true that sleeping free and protected from EMFs have been shown to have major benefits, Dr. Dimitris Panagopoulos, an expert on EMR, provided this comment:
“There is an important remark for this study: It does not have anything to do with shielding, but with grounding. Totally different things that must not be confused. There is no Faraday cage nor “insulating system” as written in the paper. Shielding can be dangerous, grounding may work but this must be confirmed by additional studies.”
2) From a member living in Idaho in response to finding out about Telus working to put cell towers on Discovery Islands:
“All sites familiar to me as I grew up in Powell River in the 50’s…..Sad!
Our small town Clark Fork – population 500 – here in North Idaho was just “fibered” by a local company, Kaniksu Internet, so at least SOME people are thinking straight; at the same time TV adds by Verizon are saturated with 5G as the next best thing to sliced bread.”
I looked into Kaniksu Internet, the company that installed the Fiber Optic Cable. It provides both wireless and FOC, but states it is aware that some people do not want wireless. They also admit that FOC has significant benefits. They will be expanding their FOC network in rural areas, so why can’t Telus and other providers?
“Kaniksu is now offering fiber internet to most homes and businesses in the city limits of Clark Fork. Don’t live in these two areas? We still offer a fantastic wireless service that can deliver speeds up to 75 Mbps!
Why fiber? Fiber offers nearly unlimited current and future capacity, so as the way you use the internet changes, you’ll be ready to go. Additionally, fiber offers a lower monthly cost, and has been shown to improve property values”.
3) EHT has now made available a video of the oral arguments made regarding their and CHT’s lawsuit against the FCC. It’s 1:55 hr. long. There is also a video of EHT’s press conference, in case you missed it.
JUDGE WILKINS TO THE FCC: “I AM INCLINED TO RULE AGAINST YOU” VIDEO, COURT TRANSCRIPT AND PRESS CONFERENCE REPLAY
The case is getting some major media coverage. Hopefully, people new to the issue will become interested in learning more.

4) A colleague in the USA sent information about military operations using new 5G technology and equipment going live this week at Nellis AFB in Nevada. There are several others, some of which are close to the Canadian border. One is in Washington State and another in Utah. I haven’t been able to find out which AFBs are in this 5G test group.
Red Flag 21-1 kicks off at Nellis
“The mission of the 414th CTS is to maximize the combat readiness, capability and survivability of participating units. Red Flag exercises provide realistic, multi-domain training in a combined air, ground, space and electronic threat environment while providing opportunity for a free exchange of ideas between forces.”

5G, the New Track of the Arms Race
“The Red Flag, the most important air manoeuvre in the United States, took place at this base last March, with the participation of German, Spanish and Italian forces. The latter were also composed of F-35 fighters which – the Air Force says – were “integrated with the best of American military aviation” in order to “exploit the full potential of the aircraft and weapons systems on board”, including certainly the nuclear ones. At the Red Flag in 2021, 5G mobile networks consisting of towers, that can be assembled and disassembled in less than an hour for rapid transfer depending on the operation in progress, will probably already be in operation for testing in a real environment.
The Nellis base is the fifth selected by the Pentagon to test the military use of 5G: the others are in Utah, Georgia, California and Washington State.“
