1) A new study published in the industry-sponsored IEEE journal warns that 5G devices (specifically cell phones) using milliwave frequencies could emit RF at levels higher than the already dangerously high ICNIRP guidelines. 28 GHz is the frequency that was mentioned in the Dutch panel’s warning and it is also one of the frequencies some telecoms say they are using. Verizon, for example:

5G Wireless Technology: Is 5G Harmful to Our Health?
“A new peer-reviewed paper, “Human Electromagnetic Field Exposure in 5G at 28 GHz,” questions the safety of exposure to 5G millimeter waves. The authors found in a simulation study that use of a 5G cell phone at 28 GHz could exceed ICNIRP (i.e. international) radio frequency exposure limits when held at 8 centimeters (i.e., 3 inches) or closer to the head or body. Whereas the ICNIRP exposure limit for the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is 2.0 watts per kilogram averaged over 10 grams of tissue, the FCC limit is 2-3 times more conservative, namely the SAR limit is 1.6 watts per kilogram averaged over only 1 gram of tissue. This means compliance with the FCC exposure limit would require a greater separation distance from the body than 8 centimeters in the U.S.”

2) Further down in this link is a very important statement by Dr. Joel Moskowitz: We must push our politicians at all levels (as has been done in other countries) to demand a moratorium on the implementation of 5G technology until research has been done on milliwave frequencies. We know lower frequencies are very dangerous. Are these higher frequencies even more dangerous? We don’t know.
5G Research from the EMF-Portal Archive
“As of June 1, 2020, the EMF-Portal archive listed 133 papers and letters to the editor published in professional journals and presentations at professional conferences that focus on 5G research. Although most discuss technical or dosimetric issues (n = 92), 41 citations address other issues including potential biologic or health effects.
In all, the EMF-Portal archive references more than 30,000 publications and presentations on non-ionizing electromagnetic fields. The Portal is a project based at the University Hospital RWTH Aachen, Germany.
Currently, no peer-reviewed, empirical studies of the biologic or health effects from actual exposure to 5G radiation have been published. Hence, those who claim that 5G is safe because it complies with radiofrequency exposure guidelines are engaging in sophistry.“

3) Susan Foster warns that if Firemen, who are stronger and healthier than most of us, got severely impaired by exposure from 2G cell towers emitting RF at a tiny fraction allowed by Safety Code 6, what will happen when we are exposed to RF from microcells (5G) outside our homes in addition to all the ambient RF from the many wireless devices (3G and 4G) in and around our homes?
A Cautionary Tale from Firefighters of California

As you read the results of a small pilot study we conducted of California firefighters exposed to cell towers on their stations for five years, understand that this brain damage occurred to the strongest of the strong among us after a five-year exposure to 2G from a tower that was measured at 1/1000th of the FCC allowable limit of RF radiation. That was three generations of wireless ago, so the question must be asked: What is going to happen to when 5G cell towers are built out in nearly every neighborhood, next to every school, daycare center, nursing home, hospital, place of work and place of worship – in other words, in every corner of our lives 24/7?”
