Correction to the last link in the last item in last night’s update. I accidentally cut off the last section of it. Here is the corrected one. Sorry about that.
Researcher Links Diplomats’ Mystery Illness to Radiofrequency/Microwave Radiation
1) Rodney Croft is Chair of ICNIRP, a strong, long-time supporter of the dangerous exposure guidelines, and promoter of the concept that microwave radiation is only harmful if it heats. In this recent presentation he shamefully mocks EHS victims. This is an example of what we can expect from the webinar he is presenting on Nov. 3. The organization EMF SA is calling Croft out as he is a prime example of what ICNIRP is and has been — biased, dishonest, and corrupt.
“To mock those with electrohypersensitivity in this way, by including the “Better Call Saul” image is, in our opinion, cruel, disrespectful and insensitive.
Regardless of what a scientist believes, respect for human beings and their rights should never be ignored. These rights are not to be mocked, especially on such a platform. Dignity is a basic human right and should not be violated.
It is totally unacceptable to target any group in society.”

Visualizing All Of Earth’s Satellites: Who Owns Our Orbit?
“Today, as Visual Capitalist’s Therese Wood details below, there are seemingly countless benefits and applications of space technology. Satellites, for instance, are becoming critical for everything from internet connectivity and precision agriculture, to border security and archaeological study.
Space is Open for Business
Right now, there are nearly 6,000 satellites circling our tiny planet. About 60% of those are defunct satellites – space junk – and roughly 40% are operational….
More than half of Earth’s operational satellites are launched for commercial purposes. About 61% of those provide communications, including everything from satellite TV and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity to global internet.”
4) The people in Qualicum Beach have not given up their battle to force their council to reconsider Telus’s application to erect a huge antenna in the middle of a residential area near some schools. Their tenacity and unwillingness to allow protocol to be ignored are to be admired and should encourage others to do the same when telecoms aim to add new cell towers in communities, which they are doing and will continue to do as part of the 5G grid. Please see Letters below.

Dear Mr. Ries.
I like to add my personal experience regarding Sitepath Consulting LTD and their less than honest lobby efforts, as was recently demonstrated in Qualicum Beach.
My personal experience with Sitepath Consulting was in the village of Gold River. A couple of years prior, the first cell tower Telus proposal in Gold River was turned down by Council, as they did not want a cell tower right in the middle of a residential area, across the street from the local hospital, and a stones throw from the elementary school. Hundreds of signatures were collected in opposition to the cell tower. Considering the modest size of Gold River, these signatures represented a very large percentage of the population.
Telus refused to consider 2 other sites, which were not so close to homes, in order to save a few dollars.
A couple years later, Sitepath Consulting, led by professional lobbyist Brian Gregg, lobbied once again for Telus to put their cell tower in exactly the same location where it was previously turned down by hundreds of concerned citizens.
Last year, I attended what I thought was an open public forum on the proposed cell tower in Golf River. How wrong I was!
This event was held by Telus and Sitepath Consulting, with 4 or 5 of their staff in attendance, which also included a Telus engineer.
As a professional EMF consultant, I asked Telus’s head salesman, Brian Gregg, a few questions. To my surprise, Telus’s smiling salesman had no knowledge of anything. He claimed that he had no knowledge of the countless international medical and science appeals, which condemn all radio frequency radiation as biologically active, and highly dangerous, for man and the environment. Pleading ignorance, he dismissed thousands of peer reviewed medical science studies, which are archived at the University of Aachen, which amount to approximately twenty six thousand (26,000 studies), from all countries of the world, which also includes countless RF studies on non-ionizing radiation, by the US Military and the Russian Radiation Protection Committee RNCNIRP which, in 2008, warned about the serious and irreparable consequences of electromagnetic radiation especially for children, and again in 2011, intensified its warning. At the same time, The European Environment Agency called for urgent precautionary action in 2009, which The European Parliament repeated in 2009.
Mr. Gregg smiled and told me, if Telus would conduct these studies, only then would he believe it. Right, we all know what the fox would come up, if asked if he would watch over the safety of the chickens.
But this is not all, when I questioned Mr. Gregg about 5G, wait for it; . . . he claimed ignorance! Telus’s salesman knows nothing about 5G, which is stirring the telecommunications industry into a feeding frenzy?
The Telus engineer was standing only a few feet away from us, but Gregg did not see fit to ask him about 5G.
Since cell towers are all about frequency, I asked Mr. Gregg if he could tell me what the natural frequency of Earth is, again he claimed ignorance. I repeated the question to the Telus engineer who, to my surprise, was absolutely clueless regarding this most fundamental question of physics.
These conversations with Telus and their lobby partners, Sitepath Consulting, clearly illustrated that they are not interested in the well being and health of the public. Their slick and devious lobby tactics makes big tobacco look like a “mom and pop” operation.
The artist’s renderings of the cell tower, which the public received from Mr. Gregg, looked like an elongated light pole, and has not the slightest resemblance of the cell tower which is now standing in the middle of Gold River. Countless people have this hideous monster right in their back yard, decimating the property values of their homes that they worked a lifetime for, and worst of all, threatening the health of those who have the misfortune to live below this industrial behemoth which inundates every home in close proximity with bio-toxic, microwave radiation.
I have conducted several RF measurement outside and in peoples homes, only to discover that it maxed one of my digital RF meters, in a child’s bedroom!
Gregg also claimed no knowledge of the very recent, 10 year NTP study and the 10 year Ramazzini study, which clearly identified RF radiation as a cancer causing agent, as it met the Hill Criteria of Causation, on all counts!
Why are so many significant peer reviewed studies ignored by your organization, Mr. Ries? Whose side is the government on? Clearly, it is not on the side of science, nor interested in the well being of Canadians!
Safety Code 6 is considered by international EMF scientists as archaic and non-protective, as only thermal effects are considered by Health Canada, as was admitted by James McNamee, at a Quebec Superior Court hearing.
In case you missed it, the US FCC is facing a lawsuit by EMF scientists, since they ignored hundreds of recent RF studies which clearly indicate, bio-toxic effects to all life. This is called science fraud!
If your governmental organization has scientific integrity, it is vital that Sitepath Consulting’s unethical lobby practices are addressed, as they deliberately mislead the public by handing out the Statement of the Chief Medical Health Officer of Vancouver, as the science quoted in this paper is scientifically obsolete by decades.
The Precautionary Principle, to which Canada is a signee, must be adhered to, otherwise Canada’s international agreements become meaningless and fraudulent. The failures of today will be remembered when decision makers refuse to abide by this international agreement.
In Qualicum Beach, the entire “consultation process” was undermined by Sitepath Consulting and a dismally uninformed Council. Doctors were not allowed to speak on behalf of public safety, while open discussion was not allowed. A truly democratic society would never tolerate such autocratic practices.
We all call on you, you stop the Telus cell tower application on Village Way and Island Highway.
Kind regards,
Marcus Schluschen
EMF Consultant

Bernie Riese, Operations Manager, ISED
Good Morning Bernie,
Thank you for your letter. However, we need to point out that the Site Path Consulting group are not an independent fact gathering group to report to the Town of Qualicum Beach, but are hired and paid by Telus! That is like the fox in the chicken coop, when they are encouraging Ealgecrest to get aggressive and proactive! Can you see the unfairness and collusion happening here?
The Town of Qualicum Beach has not given us a fair Public Consultation process regarding the cell tower, and we feel you should be aware of this. As a matter of fact, several other groups here have had the same problem with wrongful public consultation processes. Perhaps we could have them write you and express themselves, so you will see the consistency of the problem with the Mayor and Council of Qualicum Beach.
Further, the Ombudsperson Office is investigating this wrongful public consultation process.
In addition, the First Nations have written a letter to the Mayor and Council.
We highly recommend that you delay, postpone any issuance of licence to the Town of Qualicum Beach Village Way/Island Highway regarding this proposed cell tower 147 feet high at Qualicum Beach.
We look forward to your reply, and that you will send us the email of Michael Krenz, Regional Director of ISED, so that we can keep him informed of the line of communication.
Thank you kindly,
Carol Dowe for the Concerned Citizens Opposed to the 147 cell tower at Village Way/Island Highway, Qualicum Beach

Hello Carol and Fred.
As I had promised, I did have that meeting with my Director, Michael Krenz and we discussed the letter from John Wood. We felt that the comments given by Mr. Wood in that letter were to gather up support for the tower as he felt that they residents of that neighbourhood really did require better cellular service from Telus. It does not appear to us that there was any intent of wrong doing.
As for Sitepath Consulting Ltd, it is common for large corporations to contract out certain functions such as this. Sitepath Consulting is just one of those companies that we are aware of that specialize in completing the consultation process for new towers as described in the CPC 2-0-3 procedures document. At the end of the day though no tower can be built without having the land use authorities concurrence, and even though our Minister can approve the erection of all masts, towers and other antenna-supporting structures, we generally always look to the LUA for their approval first. This is the reason why I have been asking you to continue to work with the Town of Qualicum Beach.
Regards,
Bernie Ries
