1) A group of concerned people have been trying to allow the public to be told that dental amalgam has a lot of mercury in it, and mercury is a neurotoxin. But the FDA and the Dental Association have been fighting this, refusing to even give warnings, much as the FCC and Health Canada refuse to inform people about the dangers of EMR and holding cell phones against their ears. And studies have shown that exposure to EMR have higher levels of mercury excreted from amalgams. Dentists are still using amalgams, even misnaming it as “silver fillings” and not properly informing their patients.

Success — FDA Finally Issues Amalgam Warning
“After years of pressure from Consumers for Dental Choice and its allies, the FDA finally admits the unvarnished truth about amalgam, noting3 that “Dental amalgam is a mixture of mercury and a powdered alloy made up of silver, tin and copper” that “releases small amounts of mercury vapor over time.”…
Consumers for Dental Choice put an end to FDA’s negligence when, in 2008, this dynamic nonprofit organization assembled plaintiffs and sued FDA, demanding that amalgam be classified. The judge agreed and told FDA to sit down with Consumers for Dental Choice to determine a deadline. FDA was compelled to commit to classifying amalgam by July 2009.
But when July 2009 came around, it was clear the FDA had not considered the science — especially the evidence of harm amalgam can cause vulnerable populations like children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
Its abysmal rule reflected this shortcoming, as it did not restrict the use of amalgam for these most vulnerable individuals. The rule did not even require that patients be told that amalgam is made of mercury. Nonetheless, FDA’s 2009 rule did acknowledge that amalgam could be harmful, and that there was no proof of safety for the populations most susceptible to this toxin.”

Effect of Electro Magnetic Field (Emf) on Dental Amalgam and General Health
“It has been reported by many that dissimilar metal restorations in the mouth with amalgam restorations produce electrical currents, which increase mercury vapor release. It has also been observed that corroded amalgam has tendency to volatilize more mercury (9,10). It has also been reported about the volatility of mercury from amalgam restorations on exposure to EMRs. This study has also found that individuals having amalgam fillings who have long period of exposure to EMF or MRIs have higher levels of mercury exposure and excretion. And there are a number of articles published on the harmful, allergic and vague symptoms caused by mercury released from dental amalgam fillings.”
Dentists are using amalgams in Canada — and, as usual, the authorities sound just like Health Canada, etc. re. EMR.
Dental Amalgam FAQs
“7. Why does the dental profession continue to use amalgam when questions are being raised about its safety, even if there are no proven dangers?
Every time a foreign substance is used in the human body for therapeutic purposes, there is an element of risk. Health professionals must constantly weigh the known risks of a particular intervention against known benefits. In the case of dental amalgam, the scientific evidence indicates that no significant risks are involved. If there were risks, they would have been clearly observed during the 150 years that this material has been in use.”

2) An article expanding on the study I shared a few updates ago about EMFs helping to control diabetes by affecting the liver. [2) –https://stopsmartmetersbc.com/2020-10-07-devra-davis-responds-to-fccs-lies-in-legal-response/]
Static EMFs Control Diabetes
A Chance Finding Leads to a Breakthrough
“One intriguing finding is that they only saw the effect when the mice were exposed to both electric and magnetic fields. Following exposures to only static magnetic fields, the effect reversed with blood glucose levels and glucose tolerance increasing “significantly.” Static electric fields alone had no significant effect.
Sheffield commented, in a separate exchange, that they have not investigated time-varying fields.
The new study indicates that EMFs alter the balance of oxidants and antioxidants in the liver, improving the body’s response to insulin, according to Sunny Huang, an MD/PhD student and the co-lead author of the paper. This effect is mediated by small reactive molecules that seem to function as “magnetic antennae,” the team suggests.”

Letters:
Dear Members of ECHOEarth,
There are 1247 of us from 67 countries so far in ECHOEarth [End Cellphones Here On Earth].
I write to you at this time because it appears to me that if this world has any chance of surviving, we who do not own cell phones are the only ones who can lead the way. I say this for a number of reasons.
FIRST, people who use cell phones have brain damage. [1],[2],[3] Their capacity for reasoned thinking is impaired.
SECOND, people who use cell phones are subject to diseases that appear to attack them for no reason: cancer, heart disease, diabetes, strokes, seizures, etc., not to mention insomnia, headaches, dizziness, nausea, joint pains, “brain fog,” memory loss, skin rashes, and internal bleeding. They blame bacteria and viruses and view the natural world as an enemy instead of a friend. This is the root cause of the coronavirus madness.
THIRD, cell phones are the most invasive, destructive technology ever invented. Other technologies pollute inadvertently. Pesticides are intended to kill pests; the fact that they escape into the general environment is unintentional. Nuclear waste is not intended to go everywhere. Plastics are not intended to end up in the ocean. But with cell phones, the pollutant — radiation — is the product. Cell phones cannot work unless every square inch of the environment is irradiated. Once this becomes acceptable, nature is no longer of value.
FOURTH, for the first time in history, every human being is a source of radiation. Human beings are no longer part of nature, they are its assailant. Only those who do not own cell phones are even capable of living within nature.
FIFTH, virtual reality replaces actual reality. Nature becomes valueless and no longer matters.
SIXTH, cell phones allow people to get anything they want from wherever they are at the push of a button. This gives people the illusion that they are all-powerful and that the individual is all-important and not dependent on anyone or anything. Community, both within nature and within society, disappears.
SEVENTH, user names, passwords, virus and malware protection, and instantaneous connection to billions of people, including millions of criminals and thieves, makes everyone paranoid, fosters conspiracy theories, and destroys community.
I went to college in the late 1960s and was part of a back-to-the-land movement led by our generation. We saw nature being assaulted, and we organized to protect it. The Environmental Protection Agency was created. The Sierra Club, Audubon Society, and Nature Conservancy were still largely grassroots organizations that worked hard, and worked together, on behalf of nature. We formed communes, and many of us lived without electricity.
At Cornell University I lived on campus in a big cooperative house with 30 other people. There was one telephone in a closet on the second floor and another in a closet on the third floor with the same phone number. No one in the house owned a television. One person owned a stereo. A few people owned a car.
In the 1970s and 1980s there were annual Rainbow Gatherings around the Fourth of July, each year in a different National Forest. People from all over the country would come with their sleeping bags and tents, drive on a dirt road to a parking area miles from the site, and then walk in and live together in nature for a week. Technology was prohibited. No radios, cameras, or tape recorders were permitted.
We were the protectors of the earth against the onslaught of technology. Cities, towns and villages were still small islands surrounded by the vastness of the wilderness. But we lost. And the earth lost. Today what’s left of nature is a few small islands surrounded by the vastness of industrial civilization — a civilization whose scale, power, and destructiveness none of us could have imagined.
The environmental movement today is but a memory. What’s left of it is fragmented and funded by industrial interests. The people who still care about nature have forgotten what nature is and are undermined by their computers and their cell phones.
The environmental movement needs to be woven back together. The people fighting fossil fuels and pesticides and plastics and deforestation and nuclear energy and water pollution and air pollution and species extinctions and wireless technology have to work together again as one movement instead of fifty. And it begins with us and how we live. Those of us who do not use cell phones are a tiny minority, but I don’t see anyone else even making a start to do what is necessary to save this world. 1247 people from 67 countries is a start.
