1) Trials are underway to have indoor 5G “small cells” using milliwave frequency of 28GHz for businesses, healthcare facilities and schools, among other places. Why – when fibre optic cable will be available to carry the data? Cost must be the only consideration since fiber optic cable is so much better in so many ways. Can it really be so much more expensive to have the fiber that is already outside the school to run into and through it, to provide safer, faster, and more secure internet for growing children, or into hospitals with already vulnerable patients?
Verizon to Deploy Indoor 5G mmWave Sites with Corning, Samsung
“Verizon is testing indoor 5G millimeter wave cell sites with Corning and Samsung, and plans to start deploying a commercial product later this year.
Corning’s commercial in-building mmWave solution will be out by the end of 2020, with Samsung to follow at a to-be-determined date, according to a Verizon spokesperson.
Verizon called out two main uses for launching 5G mmWave small cell systems indoors: extending the reach of its 5G Ultra Wideband network (which currently doesn’t deliver indoor coverage because high-band millimeter wave signals are easily blocked and don’t penetrate well) and advancing private wireless networks for enterprise users.”

2) In US news it is being reported that a “heat ray” military weapon was considered for use against peaceful protesters in Washington, DC. This weapon shoots a powerful beam of milliwaves and has been used for crowd control. 5G will use strong beams from phased array antennae to emit milliwaves into our homes.

5G Will Use the Same Frequencies as Pain-Inflicting Military Weapon

Subject: Dr. Roach’s response to question re. safety of 5G towers
Dear Dr. Roach,
Question: “Do you think we will get sick from 5G towers? I have read that we will, but also that we won’t.”
I am a regular reader of your column in our local newspaper and often find interesting information in it. Unfortunately today you provided misleading information in response to a question about the safety of 5G towers. You are not alone in being misinformed about this critical issue. Significant information about the thousands of studies showing harmful biological effects associated with wireless radiation from cell towers, cell phones, and wireless devices is not readily available. That which is provided on various sites of agencies whose jobs are to protect the public, such as the FCC and Health Canada, has been determined by many independent experts to be inaccurate. Also, until very recently, this topic was not taught in medical schools so most physicians are unaware of the health risks associated with microwave (electromagnetic) radiation.
Many medical professionals are now warning that there are serious health effects related to exposure to this radiation, with studies going back to the 1960s which were done by the US Air Force. About 3,000 of these previously classified studies have been provided by Dr. Zory Glaser. May I suggest that you read some of the statements on this topic by medical doctors which are available on Dr. Devra Davis’s website https://ehtrust.org/science/medical-doctors-consensus-statements-recommendations-cell-phoneswireless/ . As you will find, the 5G grid will entail many more cell towers and transmitters, a substantial proportion of which will be put on utility poles right outside homes, thus increasing the amount of microwave radiation to which we are involuntarily exposed. It is planned that these will use milliwave frequencies which, to date, have not been studied in depth. Many experts are asking for a moratorium on this technology until it is proven not to cause harm.
Your readers deserve to know that the proliferation of and increased exposure to electromagnetic radiation is not safe, and I ask that you use your very respected forum to help inform them.
