1) The US FCC is using the pandemic as an excuse for this major expansion of the 5G network to ensure that every inch on earth receives signals and from which the network can gather data. According to Dafna Tachover (https://wearetheevidence.org/), the million “ground stations” will transmit using 14-14.5 GHz frequencies and will receive at 10.7-12.7 GHz. These are frequencies that currently are not in use for devices used by the public and, just like RF signals, have never been shown to be safe.

FCC approves SpaceX to deploy up to 1 million small antennas for Starlink internet network
“The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has authorized SpaceX to begin rolling out as many as 1 million of the ground antenna the company will need to connect users to its Starlink satellite internet network. Starlink is SpaceX’s plan to build an interconnected network, or “constellation,” of about 12,000 small satellites, to provide high-speed internet to anywhere in the world. The company has launched 360 Starlink satellites in the past year.”
2) A member in Alberta reports that a 5G tower is being installed on top of a church, disguised as a cross. The public notice (the “ad”) made no mention of 5G and I would bet that at the public meeting there was none. The church has been put into a precarious position of being liable should any of the children at the school, or nearby residents, become ill because there will be no insurance coverage to protect it. I recall years ago reading an industry statement that encouraged telecoms to target specific places for cellular sites: schools, hospitals, churches and senior citizens’ homes because they always need money. How very cynical to target the most vulnerable, to make profit off their health and inability to fight back.
“According to the St. Albert Gazette we now have 5G in St. Albert, Alberta. I just found the item directly below in the March 18 Gazette.
https://stopsmartmetersbc.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Tall-Tower-New-Telus-5G-Tower-at-Braeside-Presbyterian-Church-St.-Albert-Alberta-St.-Albert-Gazette-March-18-2020.pdf
No reference to health concerns but the church is happy with aesthetics.“…Telus even offered to ensure the tower was affixed with a cross to help keep the appearance in line with the church.”
What the Gazette doesn’t say is that this is also the location of the St. Albert Montessori Kindergarten (http://stalbertmontessori.ca/). One of my contacts who lives near the location was in touch with the school after I provided her with a copy of the Telus ad (https://stopsmartmetersbc.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Telus-Public-Notice-Proposed-20m-Stealth-Monopole-Telecommunications-Facility-Public-Meeting-St.-Albert-Alberta-June-26-2019.pdf) last June. The school had no concerns but acknowledged that some concerned parents may choose to take out their kids. Note that the Ad does not refer to 5G. Once they have approval for a tower they can add other equipment without further approvals.”
3) To members living in and around Nanaimo: a member told me that on March 18-20 she saw a lot of activity on the flat roof area of the North Town Centre (formerly Rutherford Mall). There were several glass company trucks and men were on the roof working with what appeared to be glass panels. This could be a change of windows, solar panels, or something more concerning. Given that it is impossible for anyone to be out and about asking questions, and that there seems to be so much being done re. 5G, etc. elsewhere, being suspicious is logical.
If anyone knows or finds out what is going on, please do share at:
citizensforsafertech@shaw.ca with “Nanaimo” on the subject line.
4) Re. keeping informed about what could be happening at schools during this period or, for that matter, any time. Parents and teachers have not been informed about Wi-Fi or the harm associated with it being used all day every school day. Neither, I suspect, will anyone be informed about “upgrades” to the system. This is from someone in the US, and it might be a good idea for people to let their principals and school trustees know that they wish to be kept informed. If you decide to write to your school officials, please share your letters. And if you notice any unusual activity around schools, please do attempt to find out what is going on, and do take photos.
“For those who don’t know, I have a long time schools professional background (30 + years) and would like to give folks the benefit of my experience in approaching schools on larger issues. I have been recommending to parents if they are concerned about this, to write their building principal or district superintendent and say;
“There has been some word from other states from school employees and board members that some schools are making technology upgrades and installing 5G infrastructure in schools while they are closed due to the CV. I would like to confirm with you that our school (s) will not be receiving any technology upgrades or new infrastructure to accommodate for 5G technology while the schools are closed. Also I would be interested in being kept informed should the schools be making this consideration at any time. Thank you.”
*Please keep their response for your records and please do not send the principal or superintendent any of the videos that have been shared on this topic. Also if you drive by your school or the schools in your district and see tech companies there, please take photos and share.”
