1) The RCMP in British Columbia is, and has been, using programs capable of recognizing faces, storing data on many individuals, and lied about it for years. What more will they do when data provided by 5G is available to them?
Despite Denials, RCMP Used Facial Recognition Program for 18 Years
“Despite denials, the RCMP has been routinely using facial recognition technology since 2002, The Tyee has learned.
And the software continues to be used in British Columbia, the RCMP confirmed Monday.
Attention has been focused on the RCMP’s use of Clearview AI’s controversial facial recognition software, which uses a database of billions of images scraped from social media. The technology allows police forces — and individuals and companies — to upload a photo and see any matching images on the web, along with links to where they appeared.”
2) Surveillance and gathering of personal data is a justification of and an explanation for 5G technology. Fiber optic cable (FOC), which is the most efficient, fastest and safest way of transmitting data, has become a critical backbone for 5G, and new technology (DAS) is capable of turning FOC that is already in place into a surveillance tool. If communities owned and controlled fiber optic networks, benefits could be realized without this insidious invasion of our privacy and security.

BP To Turn Smart Cities Into 24/7 Real-Time Listening Devices Using Fiber Optic Cables
“Distributed Acoustic Technology converts thousands of kilometers of optical fibers already in place in our cities into millions of acoustic and vibration sensors. DAS converts cables into a network of state-of-the-art sensors. This allows cities to send and receive information with the benefit of providing anonymity to its citizens, but also to monitor city infrastructure continuously – in real-time and on a much more detailed level….Fotech’s story titled “Smart City Expo 2019” revealed how smart cities can use DAS to transform fiber optic cables into “highly sensitive acoustic sensors – innately listening to the activities around them.”
3) Robert Kennedy Jr. is helping to educate members of his “Children’s Health Defense” group about 5G. This article provides more info about lawsuits that have been filed in the Netherlands and other countries including the USA. Kennedy has been a long-time fighter for human rights and the environment. He and his group have filed a lawsuit against FCC for refusing to revise the RF exposure guidelines, thus failing to do its job which is to protect the public.
Seeking Justice Around the Globe: Lawsuit to Stop 5G Filed in the Netherlands
“Martine Vriens, a human rights attorney and the legal adviser of Stop5GNetherlands, emphasizes that the rollout of 5G is serious violation of our fundamental human rights. She says: “The state has an obligation to ensure the health of its citizens and it fails to do so with the rollout of 5G. There are too many studies showing serious health damage from exposure to this radiation. It is unlawful for the government to expose the Dutch population to such a high risk.”…
Stop5GNetherlands, is following in the footsteps of citizens groups in the US, Denmark and France, which are asking the courts to hold the government responsible for the health of their citizens.
In the US, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense has recently sued the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) for refusing to revise the 25-year-old guidelines which just like the ICNIRP guidelines, and despite clear evidence, scientific and human, denies non-thermal health effects
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense submitted their case against the US government for failing to protect its citizens given the FCC’s refusal to review their 25-year-old guidelines. The CHD’s Petition for Review contends the agency’s actions are capricious, arbitrary, not evidence-based and abuse of discretion. The Petition was filed on February 2, 2020 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.”
Sharon Noble, Director, Coalition to Stop Smart Meters
“Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.”
