“Susan Foster, IAFF resolution co-author, wrote a chilling and cautionary letter to the City of Palo Alto in 2018 regarding the firefighters experience once cell towers were in place. She noted, “The firefighters’ most important lesson to us may be that if we allow a buildout of small cell aimed at facilitating 5G such that they are as commonplace in front of homes and schools as they are now on fire stations, we may be facing not only an immediate risk of impairment to some degree, but later a tsunami of Alzheimer’s and dementia. The rate of people dying from Alzheimer’s disease in the United States rose by 55% over a 15-year period according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control.”

This article includes a lot of information about what cities and communities have done. There is a model ordinance by Los Altos City Council which could help in addressing the issue before our Councils.

3) Advice from the industry about how cities should prepare for 5G, including “educating” people on the lack of concern re. radiation. Misinform, mislead… Good advice about the need for municipal policies to limit the installations as much as possible. Yet to be determined if the municipality has the right to determine if its property (the rights of way) can be used or can telecoms take over the land without consultation, notification with or agreement by the Council and the public.

Despite the slow roll out of 5G, cities should prepare for telecoms garnering control of deployment and infrastructure, experts at Smart Cities Connect said.
“City residents have raised concerns over the health impacts of 5G infrastructure, especially radiation effects from the towers and other cells used to transmit the signal. While Gupta said that the radiation risk is low, cities could play a role in educating their residents about 5G and why health fears are unfounded.”
4) Project Censored identifies 5G/EMR as #12 out of the top 25 under-reported, hidden, suppressed topics. Media has not covered the 2 most important studies done, the NTP and the Ramazzini Studies. They refuse to publish our letters and press releases. They refuse to advise the public about the recent report that 90% of cell phones inspected emit higher RF than allowed by the already dangerous guidelines. The public is being told false/incorrect information about there being no evidence of harm, spreading the industry mantra that there needs to be proof of harm before any restrictions on wireless devices can be required. And Health Canada is a willing collaborator with industry. Profit at any price…even our health.

5) Devonshire, UK. Residents concerned about the health effects of 5G pressured the Council for a moratorium, and got it. The list of towns and communities around the world banning 5G is growing. Let’s see if we can get some BC names on that list.

6) Below in Letters is a template that a group in the UK, “Save Us Now”, is encouraging the public to send widely to inform those involved in 5G or hiding it as part of a legal effort. I have no idea if his statements/assertions are correct but they are similar to the charges Ray Broomhall, an Australian lawyer, is making. It would be very helpful to get a lawyer’s opinion about this approach.

To mitigate your involvement, we demand that you cease and desist from your role in the rollout of 5G, so that the main architects of this criminal enterprise can be held accountable, while those who have been coerced into involvement can be seen to have acted in less serious roles. The Accessories and Abettors act 1861 as amended by the Criminal Law Act 1977 covers all those who can be shown to have known of this human rights crime yet who have not acted in accordance with the law.
