I am copying for those who do not use facebook, followed by a comment which says that an opt-out is allowed and Hydro-Québec is refusing to advise their customers of this option. Obviously, the agenda to get these things on every home is more important than anything else, including ethics.

This is what I found in my mailbox September 27th upon my return from vacation. I am 60 years old, mother of a son aged 29 who has a neurological handicap and cannot be exposed to electromagnetic waves especially during sleep. He doesn’t have the notion of time nor space. He can easily choke while eating. He has to be always accompanied by an adult, and this is why my parents and I are his full time guardians. Imagine how my daily life would be and my 80 year old parents without electricity…I do not receive any financial help for his handicap from the government. At this time I will have to spend money to hire lawyers to defend me. No political party, no provincial or federal ministry, neither the Montreal mayor have answered my repeated emails this last year, while we are tens of thousands of Quebecers who are refusing the non-communicating smart meter which generates electromagnetic waves, who are being repeatedly harassed (it’s criminal harassment) by a state owned company, Hydro-Québec, with threats of interruption of electricity. At this time, many people are living without electricity since May 2018. I will vote since it’s my duty but I will be putting a mark in each candidate’s box.

The Energy Board of Quebec states that clients of HQ are allowed to keep their analog meter if they pay the opt-out fee of $85.00 and the monthly reading fee of $2.50 per month. I believe it is a disgrace that HQ keeps this information hidden from its clients.

4) In October, 5G will be activated and available in several USA cities for $50-70 a month. Verizon compares it to the Italian Renaissance!! More like the Black Plague, especially with the microcells outside and the 5G routers on or in the home itself.
5G Is Finally Coming to American Homes
Verizon has announced the first rollout of 5G in US homes, starting next month. And other carriers aren’t too far behind. But are we seeing 5G’s full potential yet?
“A single small cell installed in a neighborhood can provide coverage for multiple homes. From there, customers will have two options for a 5G router: an indoor or outdoor version, depending on their needs and type of dwelling. Because the 5G signal does bounce fairly easily, the routers do not require a line of sight with the 5G small cell radio or with devices around the home. The routers are supplied by Samsung, which earlier this year unveiled a line of 5G products including radios and routers, as well as enterprise level products—ASIC-based 5G modems and millimeter-wave RFICs…
During his keynote, Dunne said that Verizon targeted home deployments because they will allow consumers to truly understand and experience 5G in a way that they might not get to in commercial applications. He was also quite evangelical about 5G, calling it an “enabler” and a job creator. “[5G] will enable artificial intelligence, deep, deep analytics, [and] the ability to have ubiquitous connectivity,” he told the audience.
He likened the rise of 5G to the Italian Renaissance….”

Subject: US Senator calls out ‘5G’ health effects
Hello Representative:
I’m inserting below a link to a YouTube video featuring US Senator Patrick Colbeck who displays a remarkable level of courage and leadership in standing up and telling the truth about ‘5G’. There are some elected officials who have not only the willingness to comprehend the issue, but the courage and morality to publicly challenge it. We need this from you. You are failing the public with your ongoing willful blindness to this issue. Your inattention to this issue puts the health of every British Columbia citizen at risk, including that of yourself and your own family.
The Provincial Health Office needs to be cut loose from the political machinations of the BC Government. The Provincial Health Officer needs the freedom to tell the truth without risk of dismissal. Maybe then some common sense on this topic would creep out of that office. To date the only contribution made has been the official rubber-stamping of the unfortunate and misguided ‘smart’ meter program.
Our elected officials have a responsibility to take this issue seriously and investigate it, not dismiss and ridicule the first wave of intelligent citizens bringing it forward. Canada signed on to the ‘Precautionary Principle’ at the Wingspread Conference of 1998, but besmirches the very intent of that principle with its ongoing unwillingness to openly engage on this issue.
“When an activity raises threats of harm to human health or the environment, precautionary measures should be taken even if some cause and effect relationships are not fully established scientifically.”
According to a growing number of scientists, the cause and effect relationships are now fully understood, just not accepted by our wireless-industry dominated political and regulatory agencies. The telecoms are making a fortune, and Ottawa sucks in billions each year on ‘frequency allocation’. They literally sell the air around your family for corporations to fill with microwave radiation for which there is no proof of safety, and overwhelming evidence of harm. The longer they can keep the game going and the public hoodwinked, the more money they can accumulate. It’s big tobacco all over again, but this time you are one of the supporting cast.
Our MP, seemingly unable to comprehend the issue, dismisses and ridicules, our MLA apparently has no time to waste on it, and our Provincial Health Officer appears a willing accomplice to the Telecom industry. Sharon Noble still has not received an official acknowledgment of her 600+ page smart meter fire report, whether accurate or not.
This is not leadership. This is moral cowardice and abdication of duty at every level.
Please listen to Senator Patrick Colbeck below. The truth is not going to adapt to you, you are going to have to adapt to the truth. The longer you refuse to do this the more difficult it becomes. Consider doing the right thing, politically expedient or not, for the citizens that you are supposedly representing.
