1)    In one of the last counties in California to be smetered, people can keep their analogs. Many people are aware of the health and safety issues and pushed the Public Utility Commission to allow this.  Another Electrical Engineer speaks to reasons smeters are fire hazards – no surge protection.

Smart meters are coming to Siskiyou County

“Some local Pacific Power customers who’ve studied the new technology say there’s a downside to the new meters, and they are urging fellow customers to exercise an “opt out” option before the new meters are installed.

There is a concern, among other things, about a potential fire hazard. John Hill, a retired electrical engineer who recently moved to Dunsmuir, notes that the new meters lack the surge protection that the older, analog meters have. The older meters have small surge suppression tabs embedded in them which route power surges to grounding equipment and prevent the overheating of meters that can cause fires.

The fire-prevention tabs are not present in smart meters, according to a detailed report published recently by William Bathgate, an electrical engineer with 40 years’ experience working with high-tech power systems. Home fires attributed to smart meters have been reported in California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Nevada.”

How to Treat Tinnitus

“Another explanation was offered in a 2009 study.⁶ The researchers found a significant association between tinnitus and EMF hypersensitivity, hinting at a shared pathophysiology. Eighty-nine EMF hypersensitive patients were compared to 107 controls, matched for age, gender, living surroundings and workplace environment.

Nearly 51 percent of EMF hypersensitive patients had tinnitus, compared to just 17.5 percent of controls. While prevalence was significantly higher among those sensitive to EMFs, tinnitus duration and severity did not differ between the two groups. According to the authors:

“Our data indicate that tinnitus is associated with subjective electromagnetic hypersensitivity. An individual vulnerability probably due to an overactivated cortical distress network seems to be responsible for both electromagnetic hypersensitivity and tinnitus. Hence, therapeutic efforts should focus on treatment strategies (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy) aiming at normalizing this dysfunctional distress network.””

Frank.  Re. the first one – perhaps the industry has never said that cell phones are safe but our provincial authorities, like Kendall, Health Canada, and the Cancer Society, imply that they are when they say that there isn’t consistent evidence of harm and that there is no problem so long as the radiation levels are less than Safety Code 6.

Verizon Chairman and CEO, Lowell McAdam, “5G is Very Disruptive Technology.” Let Me Count The Very Disruptive Ways.

“For the last few years, every security expert on the planet has been warning that “connecting everything together” through 5G and The Internet of Things (IoT) could even have long-term catastrophic world-wide consequences.  IoT already has an almost 75% failure rate.  Doesn’t that sound disruptive enough to avoid?…

McAdam gushes about 5G and Virtual Reality (VR).  Research has already proven that VR is harmful and should be used sparingly.  Some research has determined it can cause sociopathic behavior.  Now that’s disruptive!

McAdam also claims that 5G will bring “cost efficiencies.”  Cybersecurity breaches aren’t easy or cheap to fix.  Neither are biological and environmental health issues.

Last but not least – exposure to all sources of wireless WiFi radiation can disrupt the blood brain barrier which can cause it to leak. 

Maybe this is why so many community leaders, elected officials, and current and former government employees still want to install 4G and 5G small cell towers everywhere….

Or maybe they’re just in it for the money.

Regardless 5G is  very disruptive technology.  Thanks a lot, Big Wireless and everyone else who is endorsing and forcing this nightmare on the world.

Samsung will be selling a 5G Home Router later this year.  This means anyone who wants 5G can install it in their home and business.  Try to remember to read the “fine print” in the manual.

Communities who don’t want 5G shouldn’t be forced to take it.”
