1) The FCC has approved a 5G home router, opening the door for milliwave technology to be used inside the home. This is without testing to ensure milliwaves will not cause harm – even though there are studies showing it will.

“Samsung’s first 5G home router, specifically designed to bring the ultra-high frequency technology into homes and offices, has won official FCC approval. According to a May 1 article in Venture Beat, the router – which will be available by late October – will be used in Verizon’s early launch of 5G across several US cities.

2) People in the Maple Ridge area should know that there is a push for another cell tower, this one in the Golden Ears Provincial Park. Justifying it for safety reasons, people will be exposed to more EMR.
Ridge Meadows Search and Rescue says cell tower could help save lives
“Rick Laing with Ridge Meadows Search and Rescue says there have been calls and plans for a cell tower in the area of Golden Ears Provincial Park since 2015. He says getting a signal in the park is next to impossible.

3) US Supreme Court sides with industry, vacates California ruling re. cell phone information. I’m sure the people who worked so hard for the initial decision will continue to fight. There is evidence of harm about which the ordinary customer is unaware. Just like tobacco used to be…. Tobacco is legal, too !!
ANA Cheers Supreme Court Order In Fight Over Cell Phone Radiation Warnings
“Last year, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the law as a permissible regulation of commercial speech. “Compelled disclosure of commercial speech complies with the First Amendment if the information in the disclosure is reasonably related to a substantial governmental interest and is purely factual,” the majority opinion states.
The CTIA argued that the warning was misleading because there is no proof that radiation from cell phones is dangerous. But the appellate panel said Berkeley merely requires retailers to post information that the FCC has already decided that consumers should know.
CTIA then appealed to the Supreme Court, which vacated the earlier ruling. The Association of National Advertisers cheered the Supreme Court’s move, calling it a “good outcome.”
Earlier this year, the ANA argued to the Supreme Court that the outcome of the fight could influence a wide range of companies.
“The issues in this case transcend cell phones or confusing multi-sentence disclosures on point-of-sale posters and hand-outs,” the ANA argued in a friend-of-the-court brief. “They affect any lawful product or service about which the government has something it wants to say and believes commercial speakers should be its messenger. If this view of the law were to prevail, every one of the some 30,000 city, town and county governments in the U.S. would be free to impose whatever disclosures they could “rationally’ justify, with virtually no limit to similar efforts targeting other products, even if there is no risk of misleading or deceptive claims.””

First of all, thanks for replying to my email – that’s a first for Gord Johns’ office! And I have sent him MANY emails since he became my elected representative! My compliments to you! Hopefully, things will change from here on?
Please allow me to correct you: electromagnetic radiation (EMR) is definitely a NATIONAL issue! Tragically for Canada’s entire population – including you and Mr. Johns – informed people know that Health Canada is corrupt beyond belief (which I have explained on various occasions in many of my emails to Mr. Johns)! Literally thousands of physicians and scientists from around the world decry the corruption that is endemic in not just Health Canada, but also in the WHO, ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection), IEEE/ICES (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers/International Committee on Electromagnetic Safety) and the FCC (Federal Communications Commission). It all comes down to money!
Scientists (non-industry, that is) say that EMR causes leukemia, brain tumors and many other cancers, autism, ADHD, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, ALS, suicides, depression, miscarriages, memory problems, heart problems (virtually any disease of the central nervous system). Only those who benefit from the sale or use of EMR technology say that it is SAFE!
You – and Mr. Johns – need to know that just one former Health Canada scientist, the corrupt Dr. Michael Repacholi, essentially set the same supposedly ‘safe’ exposure limits for radio frequencies (which includes microwave frequencies) for, first, Health Canada, then for ICNIRP (which he helped form, becoming its inaugural Chairman, and for whom he is now Chairman emeritus), and, finally, for the WHO! Preposterous as this surely sounds to you, the corruption is easily verified. The world’s foremost expert on cell phone radiation and brain tumors is Sweden’s Dr. Lennart Hardell, PhD.
