2017-12-29 EMR named as one of the top emerging issues for Global Conservation

1)    A group of international scientists and experts has identified EMR as one of the top emerging issues for global conservation and biodiversity. Special concern is raised with regard to 5G milliwaves and the proliferation of microcells as they relate to migratory birds, bats and bees. This is a topic that has been ignored by conservation groups so far. The acknowledgement that evidence is strong is lacking, but this is a major first step.  Perhaps with this recognition we can pressure other groups like the Sierra Club and the Audubon Society to get involved. “Potential Effects on Wildlife of Increases in Electromagnetic Radiation” begins on page 8/12 or pg. 54.

2)    The other night I sent a link to the update to the BioInitiative Report (2012), highlighting the portions by Dr. Henry Lai. Another supplement by Doctors Hardell and Carlberg address studies re. both cell and cordless phones, including many that were done after the 2012 BioInitiative Report was written.  The conclusion reached is that there is more than sufficient evidence for microwave radiation to be classified as a Class 1 (carcinogen) by IARC.

3)    Most schools, from kindergarten on, require that students use laptops, tablets, or some similar wireless device. Often the reason given is that “21st Century education requires kids to use these devices”.  Many parents don’t question the logic or don’t have a choice about exposing their children to EMR. What are the real reasons for promoting/pushing these devices on our children?

We Really Shouldn’t Let Silicon Valley into Our Schools

There’s no conclusive evidence that students benefit from having personal Chromebooks.

4)    A member sent this very interesting YouTube ostensibly about Bitcoin (about which I know nothing), but the discussion about hacking and the Cloud is worth listening to, IMHO.  Listen, especially, from about 29 min on about the “spy” device and the vulnerability of the power grid – and the consequences we’ve been warned about by many experts. He believes we are on a dangerous cliff due to cybersecurity and not enough is being done to protect us.

Subject: Shame on Popular Science for prostituting itself to this kind of “journalism”

Re:  https://www.popsci.com/cell-phone-cancer-public-health-california  by Sara Chodosh

This article and the one used by Ms. Chodosh to support her ridiculous claim that there is “no evidence that cell phones are dangerous to your health”, together make a mockery of your magazine. Ms. Chodosh even suggests “Duct tape the thing to your head and have an eight hour call every single day. All the research says you’ll be fine.”

Even if there were only a tiny fraction of the thousands of peer-reviewed studies on record that show adverse health effects from non ionizing radiation, or even if there were only a single study, this statement would be false. And yet you published this ridiculous article!! Shame, shame, SHAME!!!

Below are a few links to some of the real science…including the $25 million National Toxicology Program study that showed an increase in Glioblastoma’s (brain tumors) and Shwannomas of the heart from rats exposed to 2G cellular technology…(We’re now on the cusp of 5G in case you don’t know.)

Layer upon layer of radiofrequency/microwave radiation is being recklessly poured into our homes and neighborhoods unbeknownst to most. The public deserves to be informed about the harms by independent and knowledgeable experts who have spent years studying the science of the bio effects of non ionizing radiation. Shame on Popular Science for prostituting itself to this kind of “journalism”.
