1) I managed to connect with some people in the West Coast Action Alliance and the war games have started. This could explain the effects people are feeling, the hum and the rumbling. No one knows if the activity is 100% or not, or if all the planes are flying daily. The numbers in the article at the link are based on info available as of August 2017, and they are shocking. Also shocking is the silence on the part of our politicians at all levels. Do they know and are stifled? Do they not know, even though we all have sent so many letters and emails?

West Coast Action Alliance: What’s Happening
“Updated August 2017: First, some numbers: 260 days per year, 8-16 hours per day including weekends, up to 160 of the loudest jets on the planet, capable of 150 decibels, burning 1304 gallons per hour and producing more carbon dioxide in one hour of flying than the average Washington citizen produces in a year or a car produces in 29,000 miles of driving—flying right over Washington’s spectacular and famously quiet Olympic Peninsula. Plus: a 47 percent increase in flights at Whidbey Island to 130,000, with 79,000 being these EA-18G “Growler” flights. The number of flights at Outlying Landing Field Coupeville has, since 2010, increased from 3,200 per year to 35,000, a >1,000 percent increase. Their noise is disruptive to people living 13 to 16 miles away.
Also: Huge increases in at-sea war games, including a 72 percent increase in dropped chaff, >700 percent use of torpedoes, >3,000 percent use of flares and sonobuoys, a 244 percent increase in Growler aerial combat maneuvering, or “dogfighting,” which requires frequent use of afterburners, and a 1,450 percent increase in the number of “expendable devices.” Effects on fish and wildlife from all Navy activities are being heavily discounted. In just the waters from Northern California to Southeast Alaska, including Puget Sound and other inland waters, “takes” of marine mammals such as whales, dolphins, seals and sea lions are expected to exceed 1.2 million in a 5-year period.”

Dear Prime Minister Ardern,
Congratulations on your recent election victory! As New Zealand’s youngest-ever Prime Minister and as an open-minded, truthful, free-thinking young woman, I have been contacted by one of your constituents and asked if I would apprize you and members of your cabinet of what few people realize is the world’s number one – and growing – problem today (explained below)! I ask only that you please read this whole letter, for then you will realize that I am not some deranged person in need of psychiatric help. On the contrary, you will realize that this is an issue deserving of your personal and immediate attention! Either way, your actions will affect you, personally, and all New Zealanders, especially all future generations! My military BIO is at the bottom of this letter.
A quick look at New Zealand’s Ministry of Health’s website suggests that, like Canada and other Western countries, your current government also has no health care specialist educated and trained in non-ionizing radiation, specifically in low-intensity, non-thermal electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation, of which there are two types: 1) extremely low frequency (ELF), also known as power line 50 / 60 Hz frequency, EMFs; and, 2) radio frequency (RF) EMFs, which in all of today’s consumer wireless products as well as ‘smart’ meters and ‘smart’ appliances is emitted as hazardous pulsed RF. Like Canada and other Western countries, this puts New Zealand at the mercy of unscrupulously greedy electric power and telecommunications companies. (I strongly encourage you to consult with the most experienced Electronic Warfare specialists within NZDF who can advise you and your government of the health hazards of any wireless radio technology. They will also advise you that wireless ‘smart’ meters are utterly defenseless and should never be used in any country’s national power grid!)
World War II heralded today’s radio frequency (RF) technology (which includes microwave frequencies), that, for the most part, has made our lives far more productive, comfortable, sociable and enjoyable, etc. However, scientists and major militaries of the world have long known that there are both thermal and non-thermal effects to RF EMF radiation. Thermal effects are those which heat the skin (as would occur in a microwave oven); whereas non-thermal effects are those which do not heat the skin, and which the human body cannot discern.
U.S. Military-Industrial-Complex (US M-I-C)
In 1961, in his final farewell speech to the nation, then U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned the American people to be on guard against the emergence of a corrupt U.S. military-industrial-complex! http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/ike.htm Tragically, too few people heeded him. Seven years later, in 1968, then U.S. President, Lyndon B. Johnson promised to protect Americans at work and in their homes from “hazardous radiation emitted by TV sets and other electronics (referring to non-thermal radiation).” New York Times, January 18, 1968 Public Law 90-602, Oct 18, 1968. Just three years later, in 1971, then U.S. President Richard Nixon’s own radiation Management Advisory Council warned him:
“power levels (referring to the invisible non-thermal ELF and RF EMF radiation) in and around American cities, airports ..… and homes may already be biologically significant.” “The population at risk may well be the entire population. The consequences of undervaluing or misjudging the biological effects of long-term, low-level exposure could become a critical problem for the public health, especially if genetic effects are involved.” The Zapping of America, Paul Brodeur (1977) pp. 228
Since the advent of microwave technology, the M-I-C has been committed to fully exploiting RF technologies for their maximum commercial gain – all of which emit hazardous pulsed non-thermal EMFs – with no regard for human health, safety and/or well-being! Sample products include: baby monitors, ‘smart’ phones, cell phones, cell phone towers, cordless phones, Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth, tablet and laptop computers, GPS. Wi-Fi and Wi-MAX zones, electric vehicles, driverless vehicles, wrist watches, etc. At the same time, this same corrupt M-I-C, including Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the USA all refuse to publicly recognize or admit that there are harmful non-thermal effects to RF EMF radiation! Preposterous! Nor will any of these countries recognize or admit that there is a condition known as electro-hypersensitivity or EHS, first reported in 1933, which today is conservatively estimated to affect at least 3-5 % of the world’s population!
Today we all know (or know of) someone who has an autistic child or who suffers from ADHD or some other behavioural problem, Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, cardiac, asthma, depression or suicidal tendencies, or who had/has a stillborn or deformed child, suffers from memory or other neurological, immune or central nervous system disorder. Similarly, few schools today do not have ‘special’ needs teachers. It didn’t use to be this way. What has changed? Take a hard, long look at the previous paragraphs!
Thank God for courageous, honest scientists like New Zealand’s own Professor Neil Cherry (1946-2003)! He is thought to be the first Environmental Health scientist in the world to research and publish strong evidence that ELF (or 50/60 Hz powerline frequency) EMF emitted by overhead power transmission and distribution lines, substations, household electricity, electrical appliances, ‘smart’ meters, anything conducting electricity, and the RF EMFs emitted by consumer wireless products (sample given above) which are hazardous to humans and all living things! It was he who stated categorically, in 2000, that EMFs and radiation are a “Ubiquitous Universal Genotoxic Carcinogen that enhances the rates of Cancer, Cardiac, Reproductive and Neurological disease and mortality in human populations.” He went on to say that the only safe LEVEL of either form of EMF is zero! http://www.stayonthetruth.com/neil-cherry.php Earlier, in 1979, American epidemiologist, Dr. Nancy Wertheimer, PhD (died 1979) was the world’s first scientist to prove that even weak magnetic fields from ELF or power line distribution lines causes leukemia in children! http://microwavenews.com/news-center/nancy-wertheimer-who-linked-magnetic-fields-childhood-leukemia-dies Her findings have since been replicated by scientists in other labs around the world.
As New Zealand’s newest Prime Minister, by now you can understand that mankind truly is at risk – as never before in human history! Here is your opportunity of a lifetime to make the entire world stand up and take note of your leadership, courage, integrity, honesty, sense of decency, and genuine concern for the health, safety and well-being of all living things, not just the human race! By doing so, you’d also be paying tribute to New Zealand’s (and one of the world’s) greatest epidemiologists – Dr. Neil Cherry, PhD, as mentioned above. Shamefully, the electric power industry and wireless and telecommunications companies, with the cooperation of a sinfully silent mainstream news media, continue to claim – as they have for decades – that the EMF ‘radiation’ emitted by both technologies is perfectly safe to humans and other forms of life. It is an absolute tragedy that Western mainstream news media does not allow the world to know of today’s ongoing corruption. Had we a true “free press,” you and all of us would know that:
* In 2017, the International Journal of Oncology, August edition, posted a scathing indictment by Dr. Lennart Hardell, PhD, the world’s foremost authority on cell phone radiation and brain tumors, of the ongoing corruption and incestuous relationship that exists between the WHO, ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection), industry and the U.S. Military. The Dr. Michael Repacholi he mentions is the same person who established Health Canada’s initial Safety Code 6 (with Dr. Maria Stuchly), which he then also set for ICNIRP (assisted by Dr. Anders Ahlbom) before doing the same for the WHO! All three agency Exposure Limits were identical to each other and, odiously, to the U.S. military Exposure Limits, established in 1953 by the U.S. Navy, which recognized thermal-effects ONLY!

But a leader must not evade problems, and one cannot exaggerate the gravity of this problem that now threatens every Western nation on earth! I respectfully suggest that New Zealanders would be wise to heed their own Professor Neil Cherry’s position. You may also wish to consider what France has done.
