1) One member in Victoria responded to my inquiry about people noticing a change in RF levels, etc. It is possible that some transmitters in the area (perhaps the microcells) are uploading or downloading data, or having upgrades in the middle of the night. That is the usual time that cell towers, smeters, etc. have this function performed.
“Yes, a few of us on X St. have been experiencing a humming sound & feeling frequency changes causing some symptoms of dizziness & nausea for the past 4 days & stronger during 3-4:00 am…
I personally only felt & heard it in the central area of the 3rd floor.
Re Telus: We have a Microcell box # 8720 up on a pole, that is directly in line with a bedroom on the 3rd floor and I periodically measure the MHz frequencies with a Radio Shack Frequency counter, it seems to read the highest facing that box, for the past year.”
2) Another member is having problems in an area of Victoria.
“I have a home in Saanich. Moved here last January 2017. Over this summer, grey unmarked planes started flying over my house about every 15 minutes circling the area. Someone told me they are US military. They are disturbing. I cannot tell if they are spraying anything but the noise is a nuisance.
Also I remember reading some time ago that the US was planning a very major chemtrails spraying in September and later over the NW corner of US which would hit us. (I suspect what she is referring to is the US Navy EMR wargames that were to start in Sept. I have never heard of anything involving chemical spraying, “just” EMR emissions.)
The issue is that a certain type of beautiful well aged weeping pine bush is dying in my gorgeous garden, all needles turning yellow and dropping off. I am losing three trees for sure.”
If anyone else has seen any planes flying over residential areas like this, please let me know. And if anyone should see them, try to take a photo and note the time and date. If these are US military planes, they are in Canadian air space and our government should be able to tell us what is going on.
3) One member asks if there is a trend here??? How many other industries have hidden scientific research that shows their products are dangerous? Tobacco, sugar…. We know there is research that has been done by industry that shows that microwave radiation is dangerous and this research has been hidden. By the time the government takes action, how many people will have become ill? How many children will have been permanently injured?
There is a major difference: tobacco primarily affected those who chose to smoke and those spending time with them (second-hand smoke). Sugar is insidious, it’s in all our foods, but people can choose to avoid much of it. But we cannot see, taste, or smell microwave radiation. And it is virtually impossible to escape exposure. Also, microwave radiation can affect generations yet to be born.
We cannot wait for these hidden studies to become public, or for governments to take action. We must be proactive and force change. We can’t wait 40-50 more years until something major like this lawsuit happens:
What The Industry Knew About Sugar’s Health Effects, But Didn’t Tell Us
“Back in the 1960s, the fact that our diets influence the risk of heart disease was still a new idea. And there was a debate about the role of fats and the role of sugar.
The sugar industry got involved in efforts to influence this debate. “What the sugar industry successively did,” argues Stanton Glantz of the University of California, San Francisco, “is they shifted all of the blame onto fats.”
What’s come to light in an investigation published Tuesday in the journal PLOS Biology is that the industry funded its own research project, but never disclosed the findings.”

Subject: Smart meter fire report
Hello MLA Beare:
X and I came in a few weeks ago to talk about ‘wireless’, thanks for meeting with us.
I’m inserting below a copy of Sharon Noble’s recent emails to the premier. I fully support Sharon in her attempts to reach the truth regarding ‘smart’ meters. Maybe she’s wrong…. if so let’s investigate and get that information out as well. But if she’s not, major changes obviously need to be made quickly.
Unfortunately, it appears the ‘smart’ meter program is toxic to politicians of every stripe.
Only Mayor John Ranns of Metchosin has had the courage to question it, and none of the mainstream media (owned by wireless companies, by the way) would print his article (you can find by Googling ‘Media Refuse to Publish Mayor’s Critique of Smart Meters’).
In matters such as the implementation of new and potentially dangerous technologies we have long since passed beyond being a ‘democracy’….if we ever were one. The only question remaining now is how far into corporatocracy are we going to allow ourselves to slide. That’s the question that you, and your government, need to be asking. When is an industry lie which is allowed to go unchallenged by public agencies too much of a lie? I think that line in the sand has been grossly exceeded with this unfortunate project which has been conducted in darkness, stealth, and silence. We both know there is a reason for that. If the public initially had full disclosure on the potential risks of this project it would rightfully have been strangled in its infancy.
Sharon Noble has bravely done your work on behalf of the citizens of British Columbia in investigating the safety of smart meters. She’s done it on her own time, at her own expense, and not only without official support, but in the face of official resistance to the supply of critical information.
The Noble Fire Report needs to be dealt with fully, fairly, and transparently. Your government, while doing many good things, seems to be following the steps of its predecessor in ignoring, suppressing, denying, and deflecting all interest and information in this matter. It is not going to go away.
As the science regarding harm to human, animal, insect, and plant health reaches an overwhelming level it is going to be impossible to continue to deny. The Provincial Health Office, an obvious political puppet, continues to do so, making it not only an international embarrassment but in fact the major threat to the health of BC citizens.
Why is it that our Provincial Health Officer came to the exact opposite conclusion of harm than that of Santa Cruz, CA? Did anyone ask? No questions on the topic are entertained or answered. No information presented is met with anything other than a dogmatic ‘Safety Code 6’ or ‘no convincing evidence of harm’ form-letter response. There is no appetite at any level or in any party for any information at all. Under these circumstances why not cut the Provincial Health Office loose from the public purse and let the wireless industry fund it?
How infantile….how morally cowardly, and in my opinion how extremely legally negligent it is of the premier’s office and his invisible ‘communications department’, which acts essentially as a ‘non-communications department’, to continue to attempt to bury this issue. On this matter you are no better than the people you replaced. You can do better than this.
Aside from Sharon Noble’s smart meter fire report, in Maple Ridge, now before council, is a proposal from Shaw Communications to shower parks, community centers, and other public areas with ‘free Wi-Fi’. This is a separate issue from ‘smart’ meters producing fires, but they are related in that both share the transmission of data wirelessly.
When questioned about ‘free Wi-Fi’ health effects, Shaw deflects the question to our Provincial Health office, the one which refuses to publicly answer citizens’ questions and which appears to be following a systematic pattern of bias against any science showing harm. Form-letters extolling the virtues of ‘Safety Code 6’, which is not a law but a 30 year old guideline not intended for the public, form the firewall between the truth of independent science and the carefully-managed official lie of safety. The tobacco people did this for 50 years, as we now know, and that we permit this is a replay again for the benefit of the wireless companies.
Any knowledgeable person is aware ‘Safety Code 6’ is one of the worst standards in the world. It is inadequate, obsolete, and based on deception as it disregards tens of thousands of studies showing biological effects, many of which can be considered harmful or lethal in the long-term. The fact of the matter is…there are no laws in Canada on radiating people to death in their own homes. You can’t break the law if there are no laws, which is just the way the Telecoms want it.
You must seriously ask, MLA Beare, why Lloyds of London and Swiss RE, two of the largest insurance companies in the world, who make their money selling insurance, refuse to insure ‘wireless’ companies for personal liability. Why would that be?
These companies, some of which were nearly bankrupted by asbestos claims, employ the best actuarial research teams in the world and know where this is headed. So do the wireless companies, who notify their shareholders in annual reports of the looming threat of legal harm ahead. In fact, anyone with a brain and the ability to read and think, knows where this is going. I’m attaching a couple of letters from a CA attorney regarding 5G microcell antennas which will provide some blunt hints. These letters are referencing the 5G situation in CA which has recently been put on hold, but the implications are directly relevant to BC, especially the liability transfer aspects.

Please consider the legal implications of the information above regarding ‘free Wi-Fi’ in Maple Ridge.
Returning to the Noble Report on smart meter fires, I encourage you to suggest strongly to the premier’s office that this report be dealt with fully, fairly, and in full public view.
The Provincial Health Office needs to be removed from the sphere of political influence, and the holders of this office should not be awarded their ‘Orders of British Columbia’ standing beside premiers responsible for implementing wireless mega-projects. The Provincial Health Officer needs the ability to properly warn the public of dangers without threat of loss of livelihood. Otherwise they are merely a convenient rubber-stamping organization.
These issues are not going away until it is dealt with in a moral, adult, and civilized manner. All levels of government are ultimately going to have to assume their share of responsibility. The Liberals did not have the moral capability to do that but you do, and you have a fresh chance to make this right. I don’t think that’s too much to ask on behalf of the general public including the elderly, young, disabled, and otherwise especially vulnerable…most of whom have no idea of the threats facing them due to the official suppression of information…if we are going to pretend to be any kind of a ‘democracy’ at all.
Thank you.
